ER service is the worst. Administrative lady rude. Lady who put IV was rude doing it. Nurses/PA fighthing for a space to see patients; and if you are admitted to the hospital you will stay in the corridor seated in a chair waiting for testing; and they dont care about age of patient. And the most big concern: physicians and NP discussed your results/discharge with you in the waiting area..no HIPAA protection.

They don't care. My wife is having major postpartum complications and they do not care... They wheelchaired her to the ER and left her there. If something happens to her, her death will be on their hands.

AWFULL, no one was 6 feet apart. STAFF MEMBERS NOT WARING MASKS! Gave you stuff WITH NO MEANS OF CLEANING IT! FORCED US TO SIT TO GET THE VACCINE! We used and entire bottle of disinfectant there. THEN THEY ROLLED UP MY SLEEVE BEFORE SAYING THEY WOULD AND BEFORE I COULD ROLL IT UP MY SELF!! THEY ALSO DID NOT ENFORCE ANY MASK POLICY NOR ANY SPACING POLICY!

I went there for covid-19 testing and waited for an hour inside before the test. The hospital claims that they do everything to prevent infections with the virus but in reality they keep people inside all together for a long wait until getting tested. I tried to call a manager and only then I was assisted and registered for the test, after I started crying because couldn’t wait any longer because I had a breastfed baby at home and I needed to do the test for the upcoming surgery. I hope I will never return to that facility. I hope I am safe after visiting it and didn’t catch the virus. The experience just broke my heart. I was so frustrated.

Absolutely terrible. They charge 7 dlls for parking and their machines dont read tickets well. No instructions. The staff are useless. EVERYONE leaves the offices at 5 pm so you get a line of people trying to pay their tickets for parking. Just frustruating.

Very unsatisfied with this place! The place is not clean. The doctor I saw seem to know less than his assistance and have absolutely no bedside manners at all! He asked me a rhetorical question and expects me to answer. Did he think I was stupid?

I went in for an gash and had the open wound exposed to infected water where there were reports of dead fishes in that water due to ITC spill. What did the doctor do? He had his people simply clean simply clean my leg, applied lidocaine and then pressed on the area, asked if it hurts. He then proceeds to tell me that since it dosen't hurt, there are no infections! Aaah I'm no doctor but what does lidocaine do? He then simply had his staff wrap my leg up. No sample taken and no precautionary measures. WOW! I would not recommend this place!
