This hospital is fantastic. Been there for care for son and wife. Everyone from check in to nursing staff and doctors are excellent and you feel a genuine sense of caring from their employees.

The nurses and the doctors are great! Unfortunately this is my second visit here but great-fully they all have been so kind. Yes, you do fill out paperwork first they need your info. Both times my wait time has been less than 20 minutes. They do all the testing necessary to make you feel at ease.

I read another review about the patient leaving still unwell. This is normal. They are not going to leave you 100%. This is an emergency room meaning life or death situations. You also have to understand that your body has to do what it has to do to get better so give it time and if it doesn’t you need to see a specialist which the ER DR will recommend. People don’t understand this part.

My experience with the birthing center was amazing. As a first time mom I had an idea of what I wanted my birthing plan to be, OB and I discussed and were in agreement with it all. However, birthing is most certainly not how you want it but how your body is reacting. The nurse who brought me into the delivery room was extremely helpful, asked about my birthing expectations wrote them on the board, spoke to me about the process moving forward and was extremely welcoming. I cannot remember her name which is a huge shame. My birthing plan did not go as expected but I had some of the most amazing nurses throughout the process. For majority of my labor I had nurse Brittany. She helped me tremendously, she was extremely attentive and carrying. She gave me her strength as they were providing the epidural and advocated for me when it was no longer being affective. When her shift ended nurse Allyson took over, she helped me through active labor, got me to push in different ways to see what was working until we landed on what they called “tug of war”. Dr. Nora Chiu was the OB on call that day. At first I was very skeptical, you go your entire pregnancy with your OB and you have no idea who this other Dr is or how they will treat you. Needless to say she rocked! Was extremely chilled, would check on me to make sure baby and I were progressing and to explain why certain medical recommendations were given and why they would help. She was present for my active labor, partly helped me push and was extremely encouraging. When my OB arrived and took over she told Dr. Chiu she could leave if she wanted to and her response was, “no way I’m not missing this”. I couldn’t have done it without these amazing ladies. Even though my birthing plan didn’t go how I pictured it to be these women made it very easy for me to go with the flow of what needed to be done to allow for baby and I to be safe. I would not change my experience and would go through it again. Thank you to Dr. Irish Tronches, Dr. Nora Chiu, nurse Brittney, nurse Allyson and the entire staff who was present for me that day. You’re forever in my prayers.

I came here today for a scheduled pre admin testing. My appointment was for 12:50 pm, they told me to arrive early at 12:15. I arrived @12. I was greeted by a nice lady who directed me to check in. I wait for my name to be called by registration for about 10 min.I then waited about 15 minutes to get to the testing part... All in all a very smooth experience with friendly staff. Was able to go back to work after appt since I got seen before my appointment time. 😊
