Understaffed, met by a security guard. Told to fill out forms before seeing a nurse aid.
Initial staff not very concerned with my daughter's bleeding foot.

This is patient Roderick J. White today is Monday June 15 of 2026 as I am typing this comment this area is having bad weather a flash flood watch and with heavy rain. Prior to my arrival I called to let the receptionist know that I would be late due to the flooding and traffic my appointment was for 11:00 AM and I arrived at 11:25 AM. Now I’m being told that I will be seen due to Methodist policy. All I was doing was a hospital follow up so that I can return to work today. METODIST has let me down once again. This location only received a 3 star review and I can understand why they only have 3 stars it should be negative 10. I am really disappointed and want to find a new doctor. Thanks for nothing.

This hospital is soo clean!! Everyone I spoke to, from the front desk receptionists on the first floor to the doctor's & nurses on floor 15 were amazing, so polite, friendly & helpful!! They made me feel like they knew what they were doing, my man was in great care of these hospital professionals ❤️ He is healing very well, he definitely is entirely grateful of Melonie, Santa, Aveny, Lisbet, Irma, Myrah G, Ferneila, Shannon, Britt B & Martha ❤️ and anyone else that wasn't mentioned Brett appreciates you too!! ❤️

Went in to have a my gallbladder removed. From start to finished I was treated like I was their only patient. Kept up to date on everything happening with my procedure, billing & treatment plan. Everyone was super nice & helpful. Nurses, doctors & staff. I was placed in my own recovery room. Which was very nice, clean & comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about my visit. Even the food was good. Lol. Thank you.

I just want to know how this person NUSRATIS STILL WORKING WITH THE HOSPITAL HERE IN BAYTOWN.. HE IS THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER MET. HE WALKED AWAY FROM ME EVERY TIME I TRIED TO TALK TO HIM.

I visited the ER for severe eye pain and was treated in a quick and professional way! There was no eye specialist at the hospital but the attending physician was in contact with one who helped treat my eye condition.
