We hosted a retreat for our leadership team here, and the experience was incredible! Cherish, the director of sales, was incredibly responsive and ensured that every aspect of our stay was on point. The food was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the meeting rooms had everything we needed. Above all of that, however, was the service. Every person we encountered: from Cherish to the front desk agents to the chef and the team who served the food - they all exhibited amazing customer service. Overall, it was a great experience - highly recommend!
I want to give a huge shoutout to Tiffany, the manager, because she completely turned my experience around.
When I arrived to check in on my scheduled stay date, I was told I could not check in because their system was down due to an update, and they didn’t know when it would be back online. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to wait around, so I asked if I could cancel the stay. The front desk associate told me I would still be charged a fee, and the way it was communicated came off very rude and dismissive, so I ended up leaving.
Later, I called back to request a receipt for the fee that was charged — and that’s when Tiffany stepped in. She was professional, calm, and incredibly helpful, even though it was obvious she was extremely busy (phones ringing, customers in the background, everything going on at once). She not only emailed me the receipt right away, but she also refunded the fee, and did it all with such a great attitude and demeanor.
Tiffany is exactly the kind of person you hope to deal with when something goes wrong. She handled the situation with real customer service and care, and I truly appreciate how she resolved everything.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The bedrooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Everything felt fresh and inviting, which made it easy to relax from the moment I arrived.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their warm attitude really added a personal touch to my stay and made me feel right at home.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with truly wonderful service. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
Our stay was wonderful! We were traveling up from Florida, and the staff member who assisted us was amazing. She was patient, understanding, and very willing to work with us, which made our travel experience so much smoother. Great experience and will definitely go back. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. I was a little nervous about parking safety based on previous reviews, but the entire parking lot is gated with a security car and another security guard sitting outside at the gate at night. They had ear plugs provided in the room because it is located right off the highway, but the noise didn’t bother us. I will note that, while you don’t hear the people next door, you do hear people walking around on the floor above you. Breakfast was just okay, nothing to brag about, but have definitely had better from this hotel chain. The front receptionist was so helpful and welcoming. Overall great experience. I also would like to note, it smelled great. From the lobby to the room, everything smelt fresh and clean.
The hotel met expectations for a quick one night stay. Bed sheets and bathroom were both very clean, and check-in was fast and smooth. The location is convenient and easy to access.
The only downside is that it’s right by the highway, so it can be quite noisy. However, the hotel does provide earplugs, which was a thoughtful touch and helped with getting a good night’s rest.
This place in general is clean. The rooms are clean. The pool is clean, a bit on the heavy side with the chlorine but hey no germs right? The staff is wonderful! The breakfast is good too! We love this location and we will be back!
Junior was great. There was a mix up with my reservation. He fixed it and made sure I got the type of room that I requested. Thank you, Junior. I will be back very soon. The hotel was nice by the way. The room was clean and very comfortable. I like the style of the building inside... the set up is nice. Beautiful atmosphere. Comfy beds...
My family recently held our family reunion at this location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza Suites. Everything was superb including staff hospitality, cleanliness, food, and hotel accommodations. The breakfast buffet is excellent and has a good variety of foods. Made to order omelets were delicious. The group sales representative, Samantha, was excellent and worked with me to make sure we had all the accommodations and meeting spaces we needed for my family. I don't typically, enjoy hotel food, but the feast that Chef Joey provided for our banquet meal was beyond delicious. The banquet room did get a little warm (we had a large group of 82 and it was over 100 degrees outside), but the engineering department responded quickly and took extra steps to make our stay more comfortable. The sleeping rooms are spacious and nicely decorated and has central air conditioning. Beds were comfortable. There is plenty of space on the first floor to sit and relax with family and friends. I will definitely be choosing Crowne Plaza Suites for future stays.
