We had the best nurses, RTs, P/OTs, and drs. Very kind, compassionate, attentive. Attending dr visited daily, as well as specialists. It was overwhelming and exhausting many days, but there was a lot of encouragement and compassion. I hope we never need to come back to a rehab hospital, but if we do, we will choose Kindred Sugarland. I would mention, there are many patients here for respiratory therapy, I think it is better if a family member is with the patient often if not constantly. It will help fill in the gap and get care when another patient needs a lot of attention/ has emergency. Also, when family communicates changes or concerns, the staff does listen. They are happy to teach the family too, and they take the time to answer questions. Kitchen and housekeeping staff were also very friendly. Most everyone that I talked to has been here for many many years. They all know each other and help each other out. That was impressive to me. Free parking, smaller hospital easy to navigate, cafeteria with vending machine 24 hrs.

We are very pleased with the care of my mother at Kindred Hospital. The nurses and nurse assistants have been very caring and professional. The nurses/assistants do a fabulous job ensuring my mother is turned, cleaned and prescriptions are given timely. The hospital may be old however what is important is that it is kept very clean and we see that happening. We especially appreciated the ITC team weekly gatherings to keep us up to date and informed on my mothers care.

The care here has been good, all the nurses has been pretty nice. They always kept so nice and clean. The doctors are good although they could allow you time to ask more questions but they are good. The nurses are compassionate and most of them are sensitive to my needs. Laila was one of the really good ones that goes the extra mile and really sweet to me. I have enjoyed my stay so far

The staff is very good and friendly. Also the pt and ot are friendly, nice and also very in courteous. I was impressed with the food it taste very good. And finally the nurse assistant Udeh always shows a smile and is nice to hear good morning my love. Also every time I asked her I need something I don’t have to wait to long.

I am very thankful for this facility that has been housing my ill mother for the past two months. Everyone here has been very supportive and transparent about her care. Lastly, I’ll like to applaud the Mcnerry from the PT department for his calm temperament and compassion towards my mother during her physical session. Highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend kindred Hospital Sugar land. They took excellent are of my son. The doctors, nurses and staff were amazing. They were family to us, prayed with me and always a kind word.
We lacked nothing, as I waited and watched over my son someone was always there for me.I experienced seeing hands on, doctors care and concern, nurses and staff checking with me walking down a hall to keep my spirits lifted. The hugs I received during our stay cannot be counted. Their love and care was something I never experienced or even thought for a hospital staff to do. I call them my Village, we were very well taken care of. This hospital and staff I give Praises to God for our stay. My son is healing very well now. Thank you Kindred Hospital, SugarLand,Tx. Keep on doing what you are doing.

I am very grateful to have met Mcnerry from the PT department. He has been very patient and gentle pertaining to my husband who has been here for at least two months. I highly commend his style and his wonderful care towards my husband and I recommend him to anyone who cherishes their love ones.

I can’t say enough about the exceptional care my Mom received in the Rehab unit. She fractured her hip and is 93 years old. She was unable to walk and was very weak. The rehab team was amazing!!! They encouraged her and worked patiently at her side and really got her motivated and moving. The nursing staff was kind and spoiled her shamelessly!!! Dr. Mike saw her every day and made sure her recovery was possible. She is home now and doing well. Thank you Kindred ARU team for your dedication and expert care.

My family and I are incredibly grateful to the entire team at Kindred Hospital for the care and support they provided my dad. From the moment he was admitted, the nurses, doctors, physical therapists, and techs showed nothing but compassion and professionalism. Each member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dad was comfortable and well taken care of.

The physical therapists, in particular, played a crucial role in helping him regain his strength. Their encouragement and expertise made all the difference in his recovery. The nurses and techs were always attentive, patient, and kind, making a difficult time so much easier for our family.

We truly felt like we were in the best possible hands throughout his stay. Thank you to everyone at Kindred Hospital for your dedication and for making such a positive impact on my dad’s health and our family’s well-being. We couldn’t have asked for better care.

Before my sister was admitted here, I'd heard a lot of bad things about LTAC. Additionally, there are some bad reviews here and there on Google. It turns out to be much better than I expected. The nurses and the rehab team have taken very good care of my sister. She has improved a lot from the first day here. It is exceeding my expectation. Thank you all people there for taking good care of my sister.
