Mr. Quincy was great! I went to the shop because I noticed my tire had low pressure, and it turned out that the tire had an irreparable hole in it. He was kind enough to help me put on my spare tire, which allowed me to get to work on time. He was kind, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire experience. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend this shop!

My car stuttered when starting so took to auto zone. They said my battery and starter were fine, alternator was bad. So went to The Auto Doc, but he couldn’t fit me in immediately and he recommended Mavis Tires & Brakes. Arrived and mechanic Quincy greeted me so happily. Explained the situation to Nelly and that I had an hour, maybe 90 minutes before I had to leave to catch a flight. They were awesome. Chris checked my car, said it was a battery, not the alternator and Malik immediately started working on it. Manager Terrance checked me out, informative, kind, and helped me fix my car so I wouldn’t come back from my flight at 10pm with a dead battery at the airport. Woot woot!

This car dealership did a great job with premier services and an incredible crew! They felt like family to each other and clearly worked like a well oiled machine, efficient and effect. I got to work with wifi while I waited for my services to be done. And I will most certainly be back!

Nelly is an absolute rockstar! Her customer service is top-notch, and I highly recommend studying her approach. I had a flat tire, and she went above and beyond to ensure that my situation was handled efficiently. She coordinated with the guys to get my spare tire and ordered me another tire, which was then shipped to the store closet for me.

Mavis will get you right and truly help you. Mr. Q is an absolute professional and gets the job done. He is the mechanic that helped me out today. I needed help with my tire from a moderate leak and Mr. Q helped identify the problem and fix it. What I appreciated was the way he talks to you clearly about the issue, and then the solution. I felt very grateful and confident about the services at the shop. I just want to safely get to and from work. Can’t do that on tires that are not in good shape. 10/10 recommend this shop to keep you moving on the roads safely. Highly recommend Mr. Q. He is a great person and mechanic.

I had my car towed to this NTB location (now Mavis) to have a tired replaced. The replacement tire was not in stock, but was available at another store. It was 4PM and they close at 5:00. I inquired about the time, knowing they were closing an hour, Nellie said they would be open as long as I was there. She left going to pick up the replacement tire from the NTB store in the Galleria area. I had an expectation of everything being done by 6:00. At 5:00 everything was done and i was walking out of the door. Nellie was amazing!

The service was exceptional. The mechanic/repair explained what services were being provided educating me as a customer. In additional to providing knowledge verbally a visual of the degenerative part was shown demonstrating what has happened. Customer service was exceptional such a welcoming environment. Which means they would get retur service from my family and friends.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at NTB thanks to Terrance and Dray. They made the process seamless, communicated clearly, and treated me with so much respect and kindness the entire time.

Not only was the service fast and efficient, but the professionalism and customer care really stood out. The shop was clean, the staff was friendly, and overall it was such an easy and stress-free experience. Terrance and Dray are a huge asset to this location and because of them I’ll definitely be returning!

Terrance and Dray at NTB provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They were knowledgeable, professional, and made everything quick and easy from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about customers and take pride in their work.

The whole atmosphere was welcoming and organized, and they made sure all my questions were answered without making me feel rushed. It’s refreshing to come across people who actually go above and beyond these days. Highly recommend this NTB location and definitely recommend asking for Terrance and Dray!
