Was scheduled to be in at 7am. Arrived on time and put into a room at 7:45... the nurse strapped me up, inserted the iv and left. No one checked up on me the entire time between when the nurse left and my surgery. I sat there for almost FOUR HOURS with no updates, no check ins. I had to flag someone down to use the restrooms. Also the guy next to me had MRSA and I could hear the entire conversation between the nurses, the anesthesiologist and the patient. Would avoid this place if necessary.

Worst hospital I have ever been to. I arrived to a totally empty front of the hospital and proceed to wait 2 and a half hours with nobody else going in or going out. The staff is totally rude and cold. I am here because I had surgery at Memorial Hermann yesterday under my arm I am leaking fluid from my arm and the stich job is horrible. They can at least show some understanding or maybe a little empathy. Cold as ice.

For one, the nurses that would come in to mess with my iv wouldn't wash their hands or put on gloves, they lost my baby's footprint, it's so understaffed it's not funny. My doctor that did my birth is absolutely amazing, I'm just very mad at the memorial staff for their negligence

Brought my 5 year old in for evaluation of respiratory distress and received terrible care. I’ve never been so disrespected before. There was basically zero assessment of my child and his upper airway (no assessment of his ears, nose, throat, none of his cough or his retractions around his clavicles or trachea) and when I requested a second opinion and requested an appropriate treatment plan for my child, I had actual providers roll their eyes. And to top it off, when I pushed the call light for assistance, it was unplugged. The hospital and staff need to look at their protocols for their care in children and childhood illnesses. Would never recommend this campus and will be taking my family else where.

Had to go to the OB ER & Drs were great, but I was disappointed in the quality of the nursing staff - some nurses here absolutely don't show any care or empathy towards patients in pain. An RN, Kimmy Ju was short with me and seemed to rush through doing anything to help me through my painful ordeal. When I was asking my G/i Dr questions she cut me off to ask him about whether he's hiring at his office because she has RN experience from her time in Korea. I've never seen staff behave this way. Then, I asked for a soaking pan to be cleaned out or for a new one to use - Kimmy tells me she will dump the dirty water and refill it with more water for my use without cleaning it because there are "no more bed or toilet pans available, you took the last one and it's not dirty you used it once". In what hospital do they 1) not practice proper hygiene techiques with items near lady parts 2) they don't have any pans on the entire l&d floor, really?? I asked her to clean the pan so it's sterile for use (which any hospital would do to avoid infections) or to grab a new one because there's no way they ran out. She tells me "fine, I'll get a new pan OKAY!" You'd think I just asked her to borrow $100, yikes. I ask for a new RN for the afternoon and had Yeli (think was her name, she was nice) and her coworker -who was also short with me and had an attitude when I asked for the 2nd pan to be cleaned before another soak use. I remind her that she poured out the old water and that she said she would get me a new pan - she proceeds to slam the old pan into a full garbage can and walked out of the room. They have odd reactions to shower seat pans here, I was supposed to stay another night & decided to leave after the swift decline in care. Otherwise, Lisa the Charge nurse was great, Karina (Hispanic RN) and Dinah were lovely as well but Id be afraid to have a baby here after what I experienced - Patients Beware!!

Apparently they can just cancel the appointment that you've had booked for a month and not give you any notice. No call, no text, no email, nothing. Literally days before my appointment I happen to check myChart and see that I have nothing scheduled which is weird because I had an appointment scheduled since October 24th. I call and turns out someone put in the system that they called and left a voicemail (they did NOT) saying that my appointment was canceled. It is a huge inconvenience for a doctor's office to just cancel your appointment with no communication to the patient! And of course, when you try to get in touch with the office managers, no one answers the phone. As a new patient, they have left a terrible impression.

BEWARE; unless you have a true emergency DO NOT COME HERE! They bill as if they are an actual hospital. My husband thought he was going to a walk in "urgent care" situation; had a severe strep throat; received a throat swab and chest x-ray....that was it! No blood work or anything else....bill was $5,000! The bill said "Greater Heights Hospital" and that was not where we were. Our insurance said the way they coded the bill (as in an actual hospital emergency room) was why it was so high. They are deceitful and misleading. A "convenient care" that is NOT a hospital has no hospital beds and is free standing certainly seems like an "urgent care".

This place sucks! They don’t tell you can’t bring your child under 13 for an ULTRASOUND. And then threaten to cancel your appointment and even though within that minute you get someone to watch your child, they then tell you you have to wait. Juliet in the front is extremely rude and wants to put all the blame on you when they weren’t specific about their rules. Don’t come here if you don’t have to.
