I delivered my son here with the help of Dr.Ye and the amazing nurses and food/nutrition post partum staff. I had a great experience, everyone is so kind and sweet. I wouldn’t have been able to deliver without the amazing help of the nurses in labor & delivery! I was nervous about this location because of the old reviews but I’m so happy for my experience. Hospital provided all of the post partum goodies btw! The rooms were bigger than I expected also.

I want to just say the staff here is amazing! 🤩 The nurses that took care of my wife did an amazing job on making her feel comfortable and welcoming. Very caring people. I want to express my gratitude and congratulate Victoria night shift and Megan morning shift for the excellent job they do on patient care. Keep up the good work. They showed compassion and kindness and always very attentive. The patient coordinator came in to make sure we were doing well and we had a pleasant conversation in regards of my wife's stay during her surgery. Communication is the key to success. So for all the people that leave bad reviews about this facility please understand that every case is different due to the circumstances of the situation and emergency. God bless us all! Thank you Memorial Herman Hospital south east hospital. Keep up the good work!

We had such an amazing and wonderful experience at the labor & delivery unit from the minute we walked in! Highly recommend this hospital for labor and delivery. I and my husband have never met such an amazing group of caring, skilled and trained nurses, extremely supported & kept at ease. The nurses had great patience, encouraging and motivating through out my experience - all special thanks to Corey, Brenda, Allyson & loving shout out to our baby nurse Anju J, to the lactation consultants everyone was attentive and finally very kind Dr. Huynh who delivered our baby--just a few more to mention, but a big thanks to those who were also all team present at our successful delivery!
The whole staff and team made to be filled with joy, encouragement and peace, I would really suggest this is the best supportive care team if you plan for labor & delivery at this location.

Don't go by the negative reviews and every individual experience vary, team here is amazing!

I will specify the lady nurses. assistants, phlebotomist and cleaning crew where amazing! so kind And sweet to my dad. the occupation therapist also very sweet and comforting for my dad and our whole family. We have been here a week so far, and only 1 male nurse seemed to be bothered by our requests.

I was taken by car to the ER where I was greeted by hospital staff and officers. Yes they were friendly, even though anyone that has visited an ER know they can get a little hectic.
Once I was called back which wasn't but maybe 30 minutes the Triage team was very kind and through and worked like a dream team to get the IV in and all the tests taken care of.
I did have to be admitted to the hospital and the medical staff was amazing, never experienced a rude employee, all of them were kind and charismatic to the patients needs.

As far as a hospital stay goes, it was a great experience.
Would recommend and I hope you'll have the same experience

I had ACL surgery in March of '25 and the facility and staff were amazing. They helped me feel extremely comfortable, the facility is great and my surgery and recovery to this point are going great.

Excellent service. I arrived with urgent pain and was seen quickly. All the doctors were very attentive. I have no complaints about this hospital; it's the best in my experience.
