Wonderful caring facility. Highly trained and skilled staff that work efficiently; but also, made sure my needs were met as far as comfort!

I’m sharing this out of concern about care at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital. Over the past 5 years, my family ( 2 uncles and one aunty) has experienced multiple losses after going there, which has raised serious concerns for me.
I respect the healthcare workers who are doing their best. However, I wonder if the heavy use of traveling doctors and nurses affects consistency and familiarity with patients in the community.
I believe this situation deserves a closer and more transparent review to make sure patients are getting the best care possible.

I was sent by pcp because my symptoms required immediate help...and with one urine sample they discharged me. No actual help, I am not "normal", something is wrong! They wouldnt listen..just discharged. So I guess ill go and get worse before someone will listen. Awful! Thanks. For nothing!

I’ve been here five different times for different things for my teenage kids over the last 3 years, all with Dr. Alba except for this last time with the new Dr. Dixon. Every time is the same story with different details. Terrible service from the receptionist and support staff and terrible bedside manner from Dr. Alba. I never made it to see the new Dr. maybe she’s better, I’ll never know because I’m done giving this place chances just because they’re conveniently close and have open schedules, probably because no one else wants to see them either.

Nurse and Doctors at Herman Memorial are wonderful. I would place my care here again should need be. Thank you very much for your dedication.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My dad is 78 years old and he was turning yellow and feverish. It has been more than 48 hours and he is still in a corner of the ER without a room. They have been trying to "find" a room however if they didn't have a room available why take the patient? They deny patient care and are very lazy. Don't understand why such people join Healthcare if they don't even care about their patients.

I’m a first time mom and I would choose Memorial Hermann in Sugar Land to deliver over and over again. The staff is truly amazing, and the care they gave my son and I meant everything to me. They were so kind, patient, and attentive, making sure both of us were safe and taken care of every step of the way.
A special thank you to Brenda, my L&D nurse, who was absolutely incredible, and Ricky, who made sure I was taken care of by bringing me breakfast, lunch, and dinner during my stay. Both of them took the time to sit with me, talk, and truly listen, which meant so much during such a vulnerable time.
And to two of the best postpartum nurses, Amanda and Kayla—thank you from the bottom of my heart. When my son wasn’t eating, Amanda tried everything and took action quickly to make sure he was okay. Kayla went out of her way to deliver my breastmilk to the NICU for Abel, and that meant more to me than I can even put into words.
A huge thank you to Dr. Parish, who delivered Abel and acted quickly to stop my hemorrhaging—something I will never forget.
I’m beyond grateful for the love, care, and support they showed my baby and me. 🤍

My first time coming to this ER today (March 20, 2026) and everyone has been wonderful, professional, and efficient. Everyone I speak to is very nice and I can see how hard these people work to help everyone! I highly recommend this place for your care 🙏🩷
(Update, this is my 3rd day staying in this hospital and my care team located on the 2nd floor (South Tower 2) has been the absolute best - Nurses like KIM 🫶, Brenda, Beatriz, Serena, Hilaire, Kadijah, Hailey, Amna, and everyone else in my care team have all been amazing to me!)

The attitudes in the emergency department is ridiculous. From the security, the desk help , the nurses all the way to the valet department. Its like nobody wants to be at work. Obviously nothing is being done about this according to the reviews and the star ratings...the ONLY reason I gave 3 stars is because my mother was taken better care of once she was admitted and had her own room. Security talking to grown adults like children...telling them to back up and get in line ..but yelling the whole time was unnecessary...talk to ppl like you want to be spoken to. The rude girls behind the desk...one lady asked how long was the wait..the desk clerk nurse or whatever she was told the lady she can leave..just because she asked a question super rude and that lady wasn't even rude when asking. One other lady checking someone's vitals...told the patient..go sit out there....when she was done instead of asking her to have a seat in the waiting area...these ppl act like they have no home training. The whole hospital had more police there than patrolling the streets and I see why...all attitudes were nasty. On to the back..I believe this staff of young ppl..didn't know what the hell they were doing...but got an attitude when questions were asked...specifically the nurse that was on the team for my loved one .. Michele her attitude was nasty..and nonchalant. Fast forward to the valet person...someone refused her help getting into the vehicle...she talked crap and cussed the whole time. In front of us...you all really need to revamp your team cus the one you have is trash. The only reason we were here is because my mom was transferred here...this wasn't a place we chose on our own. Never had a good experience with Memorial Hermann facilities every time we had to use them...EVER!!!!

I absolutely love the doctors & nurses, in the HC - ICU & IMU. They are all very informative, checking in, making sure you are understanding everything. You feel heard & included. I’ve been in & out for the past 7months & it truly feels like my home away from home. There are securities throughout as well, my babies brother Noah is always so active saying hello to everyone & there is a security Dipan that is always so lovely to him, my baby calls him his friend & enjoys his small talks! He’s so welcoming always smiling & you don’t get that a lot now in days.
