I had a wonderful experience during my visit to Memorial Hermann Hospital. I especially want to recognize nurse Dequan for his outstanding care and professionalism.

I have very difficult veins, and he was incredibly patient, gentle, and skilled while drawing my blood. He made what is usually a stressful experience much easier for me.

Thank you, Dequan — truly “angel hands”! Memorial Hermann is fortunate to have such a compassionate and talented nurse on their team.

The supervisor of valet is careless! BEN!! Losses patients keys, takes no accountability for his shift, lots of cars been damaged even by him, he also sexually harassed me, I spoke to his boss at Onsight Healthcare and he did nothing, I had witnessed and videos, and he said he wasn’t taking action, I had to present my case to the police department and they took the report and said everything I presented them with was indeed sexual harassment..
These type of people need to be replaced!

Memorial Hermann Sugarland Hospital Staff/Teams are doing a fantastic job at caring for their patients❣️💯% I truly appreciate and adore this hospital staff!!! They truly show their dedication, compassion and commitment to making sure that their patients are well treated and cared for! Love love love this hospital guys! Please keep up the great work 🙏🏾 well keep poring your hearts 💞 into your patients that’s it feels like when we come there. So, it doesn’t feel like you all are just doing a job at all 🌹

My mother is in MICU in Sarfim bldg. upon visiting her, I was livid to see the conditions her room in!!! The respiratory tech was doing his business like this is normal! We waited 20 minutes before her nurse arrived, and we had already addressed this to another personnel! We were told they would notify housekeeping, and we were there over an hour and still nothing was done! The attending nurse said the room was like that when she came on shift. It must’ve been the attending doctors that left the room in the condition that it was in.! yet, if she came in on shift, why wasn’t it addressed ASAP to get taken care of? She did what she could and like I said no housekeeping came while we were there and when we left. There was a personnel that passed by the room, like it was mentioned and laughed and continued walking when she looked inside! These are medical experts, and how they allow this to be the way it was they should all be ashamed of themselves! She’s in the Sarfim bldg. 8 floor ! This tells me the character of these experts they need to be reevaluated every single one of them!

I had a great experience with my delivery on December 2025. Nurses are very sweet they take care of you and your family. They have lactation nurses in case you need them. I was impressed with the service and the food.

Dipan Patel was extremely helpful to me in a stressful situation. I could not find the stub for my vehicle that Valet Parking gave to me.
Dipan reassured me and said: "Do not worry. They will help you. No problem!"
He was very pleasant and helped not only me but my sister and Mom.
Blessings to Dipan! He is THE BEST!

Imagine having an emergency and not getting help form medical professionals(with an oath to help) because you dont have an ID. Everyone here needs to be immediately barred from the medical profession.

This is by far the worst hospital I’ve ever been at. I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance arrived around 3:30am and did not get a room until nearly midnight. Once I was given my room, the sheets and pillow reeked like urine. I felt so filthy. I asked to take a shower and they told me that I could take a shower in the morning once they had enough staff, which was understandable. The next morning, I asked if I could take a shower and was completely blown off. I asked again and they didn’t let me. I eventually ended up taking a shower by myself and asked them to just change the bed sheets right when I was about to get blown off I told them that they smell like concentrated urine. They need to be changed now that’s when they immediately changed them. My second nurse in rotation was a Chinese lady who was rude and ended up yanking the IV out of my arm and didn’t bother to clean up the bloody mess she made on my arm. She just wrapped it up as is and told me I was ready to go. The place is very unsanitary there’s blood on the floor. The floor was sticky. The showers are rusty. There’s mold on the ceilings. They’re making news rooms on the tops floors but they barely keep up with the ones they have now.

So you mean to tell me they have not one room on the floors!? Been admitted but stuck in the ER where if you buzz for help, they just let the call keep ringing. How I know this is because my room is directly across from the nurses station. I can open the blinds and see like 5 to 6 I guess so called nurses just laughing it up while the call button is still going off. Then when you have to get up and ask for what you need they look at you like you're disturbing them. Like what is the point of you being here, because it's sure not because you like to help people. Y'all nurses wonder why you get bad reps. Now if I take they picture and post it then you really gone be big mad. Like go work somewhere else where you don't have to deal with people. This is real sad and very unprofessional.

My daughter was taking to the ER that place is not clean blood on the floor and the breakfast was cold take for ever to get a room when finally got a room her bed was not clean and smell like urine taking for ever to replace her bed worst Hospital. 🤢
