Leah exhibited the most compassionate care for my 77 year old mother with a fractured hip both prior to surgery and post surgery. Leah was very welcoming in her demeanor, introducing herself to new family members each time. My mother was actually excited to hear Leah had moved her day off to another day. Leah’s attentive care, explaining every procedure, encouraging my mother that she was doing a good job taking medicine, eating and hydrating, relocating the IV at times, positional adjustments was with the most calm, caring and reassuring voice I have ever witnessed. Leah was always available in a moments notice and always had a smile on her face regardless of the situation she was coming into. Leah made the hospital environment feel like home for my mother. Her credibility as an RN won my entire family over. When my dad or brother had questions, no matter how simple or trivial, Leah answered them with kindness, respect and compassion…sitting back watching these interactions I felt Leah was a super star nurse worthy of the DAISY Award! Leah will always hold a special place within our family! We are so thankful for the Memorial Hermann Life Flight Team, every Doctor, PA, PCT and RN, especially Leah that helped my mother in her care and recovery

Visiting my mom Saturday in the burn unit, I noticed her room was dirty. What is the contractors doing, NOTHING!. Got this contract to maintain the cleanliness of the prestige hospital and Failed.

If I could give no stars I definitely would. I just had my son one week ago here and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The only good thing was the c section process but the after effects (nurses, doctors, hospital staff) was horrible. Doctors don't listen to the patient at all. I was there for a week and no one checked on the c section scar. Doctors never checked on my preeclampsia or legs swelling. I had to tell them when my sugars were high or low via my CGM. Not one nurse filled my water cup on their own. I literally stayed in a room where the heat was not working. My room was literally at 65 degrees for a week! If this is where you have to go please run the other way!!!

My experience in Labor and Delivery was extremely difficult, and unfortunately, the issues continued after I was transferred to the postpartum/triage unit. The unit felt disorganized, and I received inconsistent and often contradictory information from multiple nurses, which made an already overwhelming time even more stressful.
My overnight nurse was particularly concerning. She repeatedly dismissed what I was communicating, was unreceptive to any feedback, and told me that what I was doing with my baby was incorrect—yet she provided no guidance, education, or support on how to do things differently. At one point, she demonstrated feeding herself and was only able to achieve minimal success, which raised serious concerns about her ability to instruct or correct me. She also contradicted the lactation consultant, then told me I could ask the lactation consultant for help, despite my question being specifically about my baby’s feeding plan—not breastfeeding technique.
When I asked who the supervisor was, I was told it was the charge nurse, which is inaccurate. I chose not to escalate the issue at that time because I understood that the individual named, Adriana, was not the appropriate supervisor. However, shortly before the night shift ended, Adriana entered my room in an aggressive and intimidating manner. Her tone and demeanor felt retaliatory and inappropriate, particularly given my vulnerable postpartum state.
I did not initially know who this individual was; I only learned her identity later through the oncoming shift nurse. The fact that she sought me out, rather than allowing the matter to be addressed through proper channels, was deeply unsettling.
This experience caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a supportive and healing time. I am submitting this complaint not only to address my own experience, but in hopes that no other patient has to go through similar treatment during such a critical moment in their care.
I would appreciate confirmation that this complaint has been received and information regarding any follow-up or review that will take place

Wow this place is embarrassment for memorial hermann. Went this morning for neck pain. The only good thing was getting register. The nurse was rude and was their for a paycheck. The doctor was diagnoses me my symptom and not letting explain myself. They just blew me off and said go get over the counter medication. No imaging, no blood work, however, they will sent me the bill for best care they gave me. Please don't go to this place. Also I would like to call patient relation so they can investigate this crew.

A beautiful facility staffed by smiling, helpful people. I was there as a outpatient and all went well. Ample parking too.

Not impressed at all with their billing department. You will get a different answer each time you call. Would not recommend.

Everyone is always so kind here and the staff is always so considerate! Dr. Shen and Dr. Raizen are the very best !! I’ve had to come here for bloodwork , MRI , port placement/removal and other general visits for breast cancer treatment and have had a great experience every time . The parking has been the only downside but that’s just due to construction, I’m sure when they finish that the parking situation will be easier.

Elizabeth Guzman ER Navigator for the Emergency Center at Memorial Herman Southeast was very courteous and professional. She gave me and my wife some great information concerning help for my son. I was extremely impressed with the information she gave us and how she explained everything to us. She is Awesome and deserves some kind of recognition for her Outstanding customer service.
