Person that called to notify me of amount due was very very unprofessional. I was emotionally upset and began to cry because I had saved money for my procedure and now was told I owed more than originally planned.I'm a cancer survivor and I'm concerned about these test. She snickered and said hey I have to second person crying on the phone today. I've filed a complaint with the BBB only to find out that they are not an accredited business with the BBB so they don't have to respond to any complaints filed against them.
