If I could I would not even give this place one star I had a dermal in my face and the lady suggested I go in the bathroom and rip it out of my face if I wanted the MRI that bad. I have gotten MRIs before I didn't understand what was so different about this one because the dermal in my face is not metal but they refused me and turned me away unless I wanted to rip the dermal out of my face.

Dr Gregory and her MA Fernando were very thorough and knowledgeable. They diagnosed my near complete ACL tear while not pushing medication or surgery. They explained the pros and cons of surgical and non surgical management without making me feel pressured either way. They gave me adequate time to explain myself and didn’t rush me.
My experience was the office/staff was positive during a very difficult and uncomfortable injury.

Very uneducated and Neglectful staff. If you’re looking to have your baby here find a new hospital. The nurses give misinformation, don’t know what they are talking about and don’t do their jobs. You’ll be waiting for results you need in a timely manner and they never show!

Highly recommend this hospital for labor and delivery! It was not planned that we'd be giving birth in the hospital, so especially as a last minute patient I felt extremely supported and at ease. I wish I could remember everyones name but I have mom brain. Olivia was an incredible nurse, so receptive to my wants and needs!! From the ER nurses, baby nurse, to the lactation consultants everyone was attentive and kind. They genuinely wanted to help and go the extra mile! I will remember each kind interaction for a long time. Thank you for making my birth experience smooth and safe!!

I recently had surgery on Monday and this is an amazing facility, I highly recommend for your surgery needs. All of my nurses were amazing and treated me with so much care and patience. I was nervous going in and they made sure everything was comfortable for me and relaxed!

My experience at Memorial Hermann CCC is five big stars!
I arrived 4:05 PM a Monday afternoon and was out 6:30PM after blood work, IV and CT scan etc.
Dr Ross Bauer and staff were very nice, caring and professional. Best experience in an ER ever. Thank you!

I was nervous to come here with my baby because of the reviews but the staff here was really professional and kind. The clerk at the desk, security, the PA, nurse, tech were all really great. Everything was really prompt and as pleasant as it could be for have a sick baby.

Please note: if you are not an athlete and if you are in a wheelchair/ non weight bearing there is NO point to wait for the PT initial evaluation at this place!! Save your copay and time they will NOT see you as a patient and just send you to another Memorial Hermann facility for another PT evaluation.
-Is this just a revenue generating activity?
-Why should our insurance be charged for two PT initial evaluation at 2 different MH location?
There is a clear disconnect here between orthopedic surgery side and referrals to this place.

This was my first time going into this facility. I’ve had horrible experiences at the medical center ers. I had a great experience here though! I was worried that I had pancreatitis again, I’ve had it in the past and the symptoms I was experiencing were very similar and lasted over a week. My nurse Larhonda was very accommodating and had a good sense of humor that really put me at ease. Dr. Tai took my concerns seriously, asked targeted questions and ordered appropriate scans and treatment for me. Thankfully it wasn’t pancreatitis. I was sent home with follow up recommendations for a GI specialist and prescriptions for medications to ease my symptoms. I felt heard, respected and cared for the entire time. Thank you so much!

I always come here and bring my kids never had a problem the day I come for myself and I never get sick but I feel like crap with cracking noises in my chest body ache's,heavy head I can barely move Mr.Patel said I was fine to leave all he did was check my throat and here me breathe didn’t even bother to do a chest xray or flu,Covid,strep test nothing at all I was literally here for 30 min in and out they didn’t even check my weight I guess he didn’t feel like working even the nice reception was confused and thought I was going to the restroom I told him no they sending me home. Horrible experience I didn’t even receive discharge papers.
