I would not recommend getting a mammogram here. They ask you to check in 30 minutes before your appointment time then inform you they are running at least 45 minutes behind schedule. AND that's 45 minutes AFTER they check you in on insurance and then send you to the back to change. They get so backed up that social distancing becomes more difficult if not impossible and people start taking off their masks or wearing them under their chin because no one is strictly enforcing the policy. The receptionist was so completely uncaring. It was clear to me they don't care about their patient's time or health. They only care about their bottom line. $$$

First, if you are reading these reviews to see if you want to seek care here, please know that these reviews are for 4 different areas of this facility. I can only speak to the ER, Radiology/Imaging, and Sports Med/Rehab (the doctors' offices are completely separate and receive the majority of the 1-star reviews).

I am in the healthcare profession and trust me when I tell you that you will find no finer facilities or employees than the ones working here. From the mammographers to the ultrasound techs to the ER nurses and physical therapists....we are very lucky to have this facility in Kingwood.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had! The doctors were great but the front desk staff was something else! Started with check-in a heavier set Hispanic women who got me started was rude and unhelpful and took her time getting me situated. I sit down get called back to see the doc all is good! UNTIL it was time for me to leave! They tell me go check out at the desk. A younger Hispanic lady was sitting at the desk looking at her phone and then proceeds to get up and SHOW t he older Hispanic lady something! They exchanged words and laughed before acknowledging me! The younger Hispanic lady treated me as if I was A nuisance and inconveniencing her! I was in absolutely disbelief! And will never ever go back! They are very unprofessional!

Very deceptive Business practices. I had a preplanned two months in advance procedure.
I made sure that every thing was approved by the insurance company. Four months later I get a $3800 bill from Best choice anesthesiologist that says they’re not in the network. Thanks a lot memorial Hermann surgery center. You all know that this is a very big problem, and you still allow it to happen. I work for a large company with hundreds of employees. So I am spreading the word about memorial Hermann surgery centers and your Out right deceptive business practices. And our HR department has sent out an in-house email to all employees warning them of Memorial Hermann surgery Centers shady deceptive business practices

My husband's cataract surgery was successful and the experience for him was great, attentive staff, etc. I found the waiting room awful. Crowded, uncomfortable seating and a long wait. People were eating, working on computers with stuff spread out over the few available tables. I finally left. Pizza place next door was a better option for waiting. Or, better yet, just sleep in your car. Not a pleasant experience.

I would rate 5 stars for Adriana! She is the best ultrasound technician I've ever met and I really appreciated all her help.

When Adriana performed ultrasound on me, she always let me know what she would do next in advance and checked with me if there was anything uncomfortable. Her skill is definitely awesome - there was nothing uncomfortable at all and we finished all the procedures smoothly.

Adriana made me feel cared for during my visit - thank you so much Adriana for your professional and kind care!

I had retinal surgery today and it was the best experience possible. Dr. Wong was excellent. Nurse Angela was terrific, friendly, helpful. Even the business office was easy to deal with. The receptionist kept me informed about when I would get called back. It was seamless as possible for a last minute emergency surgery. Highly recommend

I went to this facility and received the best care. I did not have to wait, the staff and doctors were very professional and efficient. My husband was allowed to stay with me the entire time we were there. I would highly recommend this emergency facility to everyone. Much better care than the Hospital Emergency Room.

Horrible experience. Rude staff and doctor don't even seem to care. The nurse said about 10 words to me total. The doctor also tried to argue that testing for A1C is not a part of the yearly physical labs, which is crazy as I been getting it done for years at Memorial Herman during my annual exams. Truth be
told I just think she forgot as she didn't do it for my husband either and told him that she infact forgot. I'm going back to my old doctor.
