I originally went to Tommie Vaughn to look at what vehicles they had to offer. I was directed to Todd who was a Marine for our country and he pointed me into the right direction. I came in aobut 7:30 AM without an appointment. The young man at the counter greeted me warmly. I had just been informed that I needed to drive to Dallas the next day and I knew it was time for an oil change. I asked if I might be able to get the oil changed and have my truck ready to go by 2PM. He quickly assured me that would be no problem. I left my truck and headed to work. Just a little while later the same person called me to offer additional services from the schedule, but I assured that I had personally taken care of most of those on my own. Sometime before 2PM I received another call letting me know the truck was ready to go. When I arrived I got another warm greeting. He gave me my total charge, then checked to see if I had any reward points. I wasn't sure that I did, but my bill went from $97.00 to $22.00. All I can say is "keep up the good work"!

Excellent experience with Tommie Vaughn Ford Service. I came in with intermittent warning lights (BRAKE, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), and traction control) and a drivability concern. The team communicated clearly from the start, explained what they found, provided pricing up front, and gave an accurate timeline. They finished the work the same day, arranged an Uber ride for me, and the vehicle drove home great. Professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in the Houston area. They kept me updated throughout the day and everything was explained in a way that made it easy to approve the right work.
