Terrible service. When I called around 9:00 a.m. the woman who answered stated she had openings from 930 to 4 so i Made an appointment for 1030 am.
I arrived 10 minutes early. It's now 1 pm and my truck hasn't moved since i parked when i got here. What's the use in making an appointment if you're still gonna be put at the bottom of the list. Poor communication when I got here as well. Never coming back.

Don't go here on a Saturday. I have been coming to the Quick Lane at Tommie Vaughn Ford ever since I bought my 2014 Ford Explorer brand new from Tommie Vaughn, and have never had an issue, until this last time that I went. I went out of my way to get there on a Saturday after checking their website, which said that they were open until 3PM. I showed up around 12:30, but was turned away because they were "too backed up". They didn't seem very crowded to me, and I just needed an oil change. Don't say you're open until 3PM if you stop taking customers at noon. That is certainly not "Quick", and they weren't very friendly about it either. I went to Jiffy Lube down the street, which was super quick and probably a lot cheaper too. I'll be going there from now on.
