This week I purchased a 2026 VW Taos SE Black from Momentum Volkswagen of Upper Kirby and had the best car buying experience of my life. Everything from start to finish was smooth and everyone I encountered was outstanding. My salesman, John York, went above and beyond in every aspect. He even sent me a wonderful personalized video tour of my Taos on its way to be detailed. I loved it! My initial experience at this location wasn’t the best due to the lack of concern and professionalism. However, I do want to shoutout Manny for unknowingly shifting my experience. It takes zero energy to be genuine, kind and professional, and Manny has done just that! The communications have been timely and professional, updates on my truck were provided weekly, & he even got me in a loaner when I was denied by another rep.

After baby #2 arrived five months ago, my “need for speed” began shifting to a need for space. Turns out, nothing is sexier than sliding doors, easy car-seat loading, and room for all the snacks, strollers, and toys.

I originally came in to Momentum VW just wanting to test drive the 2025 I.D. Buzz and had no intention of buying that day. Tony was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He gave me the time and space to do my research, answer all of my questions, and make the decision on my own timeline. I came back a few days later and I made the purchase.

From there, everything was smooth and efficient. Joshua, the sales manager, was great to work with, and Adrian made the financing process completely painless. The entire team made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable.

We absolutely love our new 2025 VW ID. Buzz and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. It’s super spacious and it turns out… it’s actually pretty fast too (for a van)! If you’re in the market for a Volkswagen, I highly recommend asking for Tony and the team at Momentum Volkswagen!

One thing I’ve realized is how much I love taking my car to the dealership for maintenance. Ariel F. has made my experience at the Upper Kirby VW such a positive and calming experience. His demeanor, his tone, his gentleness and care he has for people is one I will always look for when I bring in my car! The service team is absolutely amazing and the dealership itself is comfortable and clean so setting up for a couple hours isn’t a problem!

Fantastic experience at Momentum VW

I recently purchased a 2026 Atlas from Momentum Volkswagen and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I worked with Mr. Leon Brown, who was knowledgeable and incredibly accommodating. He made the process feel easy and never pressured me, which I appreciated.

The negotiation phase was handled well. The manager, Shaneelay, was great to work with and coordinated seamlessly with my credit union representative to get everything settled.

When it came time to pick up the car, Natalie made the paperwork quick and painless. Leon had the Atlas ready to go and took the time to personally walk me through the features based on my preferences.

The car itself is great and has delivered even better than I expected. If you are looking for a smooth and professional experience, I highly recommend asking for Leon.

Thankful for this dealership!!!! I test drove several different vehicles at different dealerships around town. Decided on a Taos, and contacted all dealerships near Houston. Momentum was by far the best! Shaneela responded quickly with any questions I had. We were able to make a deal without pressure and unnecessary back & forth, which I greatly appreciate.
Diana helped me at the dealership, and she was so kind. She made the process easy & stress free! She was super helpful.

I had an amazing experience at Momentum Volkswagen and honestly can’t recommend them enough. The entire buying process was smooth, straightforward, and refreshingly stress-free. For once, I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off or dealing with any of the usual dealership games.

I was in and out in just over an hour, which is almost unheard of when buying a car. Everything was exactly as discussed—no hidden fees, no surprises when I got to finance, just a clean and honest deal.

Huge shoutout to Natali, my sales rep. She was incredibly responsive via text and made the whole process easy by answering all my questions without forcing me to come into the dealership. I couldn’t go in right away because of my work schedule, and she was more than willing to work around it and communicate with me on my time, which I really appreciated.

I’m not kidding when I say I’ll never buy a car anywhere else. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, transparent car buying experience, this is the place to go.
