Booked a reservation in March for September and they cancelled our group’s reservation in late July with no explanation other than they were exercising their contract option to cancel. I emailed for clarification and their response was that “This action has been taken to focus our attention and campus resources on the immediate needs of students on the Boone campus”.
Positives I can say are that they were very responsive when I emailed and also promptly refunded our deposit.
Great for alumni who are young at heart. Much nicer than the original ASU Loft where I stayed in about 1977! On the other hand, the 1977 version was much more of an adventure! In September 2023, I stayed for a night before leaving on the Queen Mary 2 for transatlantic crossing/adventure.
Visited the loft after graduating, and this space exceeded all my expectations! The loft was clean, all guests were so friendly and welcoming! (A friend and I had come in alongside a class trip) I cannot say enough great things about the host of the space!! He was so responsive and quick to adjust to our needs. 10/10 would absolutely be staying here again if I head back to NY. Oh, and it’s in a great location!
