I gave them their average rating because I did not actually proceed with the service. I went for a front wheel alignment $139.99, while there they said it needed new parts because the tie rods were seized and couldn’t be adjusted. They quoted me just under $900. I turned it down and figured I would break them loose at home and come back for the wheel alignment. When I got them on the ramps they weren’t seized at all, I took my car somewhere else and paid d $80 for an alignment. I don’t know if it was a mistake on their part or bad intent but just be cautious when you go there.
