I contacted Rochelle Peters to assist with changing insurance plans during the annual renewal time. She sent us a couple of options but meanwhile I checked into an online app that helped us compare our plan with multiple others. We met again with Rochelle and she got us signed up with the one we preferred and got answers to our questions as well.
