Thieves! My wife had a life insurance policy called Prudential Europe Vie. She passed away a year ago. I am the beneficiary, but I haven't been able to claim the money. Furthermore, they have no phone number, no email address, and a fake address in Dublin. You send them registered letters, and they never reply.
Stay away!

I found it impossible to find a telephone number, as I don't trust on line and I would sooner explain verbally. I sent the information back on the 8th Feb and to date and to date haven't had any further information. Its been a poor service.
