If you don't like dealing with voicemail, computers and robots and being told to go on to 'www... then this is the company for you. FANTASTIC personal service. Grant evens remembers my name everytime our renewal is due (it could be my Brummie accent and our Spex shops daft name!)
And they also have superb rates- better than anyone else. So forget the likes of 'compare the meercat' and deal with a proper traditional company- which answers the telephone and speaks to you!

Was very lucky to be introduced to Grant several years ago. He takes care of all our insurances and I know we are getting exceptional value for money. The support we were given by Grant when we had a disastrous fire last year was unbelievable. Really supported us and afforded us a huge amount of time. Thank you
