Gabriel was great to work with. Honest, up front and very responsive to calls and texts during the process. Highly recommend him and Ron Carter. Furthermore we got the very best deal. I shopped 140 trucks over 10 weeks and watched the market very diligently. They made a deal with me and no one would touch it. The service was VERY efficient. Took my Jeep in at about 4:30 pm for a diagnostic test. I was told it would be 24-48 hours before they would be able to get back to me. They called, and texted, the results of the test the following morning. I needed a new fuel injector for the #5 cylinder. I told them to go ahead with the work and I was able to pick it up that very afternoon. Drew did a great job of explaining everything to me and a great job of communicating with me throughout. Mechanical work is pricey but at least they made it quick and easy.

Let me start off by saying, I am the LAST person on this planet to trust someone I do not know, to work on my vehicle. ESPECIALLY when I not only recently "brand jumped" I also went from gas do diesel. Two things I swore I would never do. Unfortunately the first 2 dealers service departments I took the truck to for simple oil changes (and all that entails) really rubbed me wrong. Then we decided to give Ron Carter a try. Please note, they won me over with the very first interaction we had. Again, just a simple oil change and I realized I was in good hands. Everyone in the Dodge service department is friendly, smiling, welcoming, and warm. One of the first service departments I have ever walked into that I didn't feel I was unwelcome. However, Drew "Mr. Good Morning" specifically has been nothing short of incredible. Not to take from anyone else in that department. He's just the poor soul that had the heavy task of earning a very stubborn woman's trust.
