I had a great first experience at this office and I’m honestly not even dreading my next visit at all! Starting with Dimitri at the desk being an absolute delight and helping me get set up, followed by Lilly my hygienist who was so careful and comforting. Dr Shevchenko was very thorough and attentive, I would definitely recommend.

Great and friendly staff that is always smiling. Transparent about billing and services. Gives the patient great advice on services. Clean space. Best dentist office I have been to in 20 years, will be staying here for as long as possible.

absolutely unbelievable service, came in for a consultation got a cleaning and a wisdom tooth removed, all in the same day! Had a lot of dental anxiety, these people made me feel welcome and comfortable from the time i stepped foot in the building until i left.

just came back for my fillings, staff was great once again. very kind, answered all questions, and made sure i didn’t feel any pain and was comfortable the entire time. continues to be extremely knowledgeable & always able to provide tips on the best products for dental care at home

My grandson came here usually he’s with the main woman, she’s Indian and lovely. However this time he met with another woman and she was very unprofessional, and it was a chaotic visit. Compared to other clinics this one definitely is transparent but they are pricey and will try to force treatments on you. I would say go elsewhere and find what’s best for you.

I seriously dread going to the dentist but Dr. Nanette and her team at Smile Salem have exceeded my expectations. From scheduling the appointment, to having my cleaning and getting fillings, they made me feel comfortable and cared for. I would highly recommend Smile Salem for your dental care needs!

As someone who doesn’t like going to the dentist due to fear, I was blown away with the service, kindness, and professionalism within this office. They use the latest technology to really understand the work one might need, explain what they are seeing very clearly and are extremely friendly! Definitely recommend it here if you’re looking for a new provider.

Dr. Shevchenko and her team are amazing from the front desk staff who are always welcoming and smiling upon greeting to the hygienists. Everyone here cares about you and your oral health. After years of not having a great dental experience elsewhere they have put me at ease and coming here is a pleasure and not dreading. I have even brought an my 3 year old here to be a patient. I do not see us switching dental practices ever I wish I found them sooner for myself. I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to recommend them.

Have been going here for a few years and they are great. The hygienists have great bed side manner and explain things well. I’ve had a lot of dental work over the years by them and have had great experiences. They stood behind their work and replaced a crown I had done by them which developed a tiny hole in it. The front desk staff is so inviting and pleasant to talk to. The tooth charting technology they use is modern, in fact the most modern dental office I’ve experienced,
and they do a good job of breaking down the estimated costs of what the insurance will pay vs out of pocket, prior to getting work done. Overall, highly recommend this dentist.

Smiles of Salem is unmatched. They’ve encouraged me to pursue excellent oral care without judgement of my current state. Zainab is a ton of fun to work with and is clearly knowledgeable about all things dental care. She has an excellent memory and picks up our appointments right where we left them. Noor is an assistant I’d hire in a heartbeat, always thinking around my schedule and making sure I’m on schedule with my cleanings. Regardless of the current state of your oral hygiene, Smiles will get you on the right track and give you the hope to change things around for the better.
