Bad place keeps any patients ( specially family members) away from this clinic, my husband had been scheduled to have surgery on his left hand for the dialysis fistula on May 13 at 10:45 and still 6:37 pm and the Doctor has not finished yet with the patients from last night, no voices had been heard from him yet. This is crazy and they overcharge insurance for these situations, if you have any surgery that needs to be done on this place please look for a second place if you don't want to die here

This place is terrible, you told to be here at a time. And you sit here a hour or more past your arrival time. If i could do no stars i would.

I used the vending machine and it kept charging me i bought 4 items and it charged me 7 times and no refund i had to cancel my card because nobody offered to refund my money!!

Avoid having surgery at this place if you value your health and well-being. They are unorganized, not communicating and will let you suffer.
Just botched preparation for my wife's surgery left her be in danger from life threatening condition.
On top of it, they literally laughed in our face.
What a disgrace.
This hospital should be closed.

I used these people in June of 2014. Last week i received a notice from SARMA debt recovery in San Antonio telling me I owed the $69.00. I have great insurance and I have never had any issues with them paying bills. I called the hospital and asked to speak to someone about this issue. I was told Monica Martinez was out and she was the one I would have to speak with. She has never responded.
Do not use these people.

I've had 3 surgeries here and I sat in the waiting room a minimum of 3 hours past my appointment time each time. Starving. DO NOT COME TO THIS AWFUL PLACE.

While some of the nurses are nice, the office staff does not know how to fill out simple forms. They cannot answer any questions. No one ever returns phone calls or emails. Would never recommend this hospital to anyone!
