They use a third party billing company which billed me for my stay as a recurring charge which meant I had to cancel my credit card and have a replacement ordered.
Also, spent about an hour at the property calling VRBO over and over again until they were able to get a hold of the property manager so I could get into my one-week rental.
Unsafe property, plants growing through the stairs up to the back units. AC intake filter in unit 5 was absolutely filthy! Someone in another unit on the property said the AC was not blowing cold air.
I did contact the Houston police department regarding real estate fraud involving this property/company as well as the city of Houston Fire Marshall’s office. Beware and stay away from this property!
