Melanie S Local Guide

The nurses and staff were nice although rushed so putting the IV in and taking out wasn’t the most pleasant I’ve ever had.
The issue is that Tx Int’l Endoscopy charges a large deposit, regardless! of the amount your insurance covers. I have been waiting over a month to receive my “deposit” back. They outsource the bill collections/refunds process so they say they have no control over it, and of course the outsourced company has no real location. You just have to wait and hope it doesn’t get lost in the mail when it’s eventually sent, because they won’t refund to your credit or bank account or allow pickup. Update: Over a month and a half later and still my $550 is “in process”. I hope they pay interest!
