We had such a great experience here and everyone was exceptional. Kylie and Juan were wonderful to work with and they, along with others behind the scenes stayed well past closing to ensure we got to drive away with an amazing truck. I had a great experience with Isabel at Tom Peacock Cadillac. She attended to me right at my scheduled appointment time and made sure the recall on my Cadillac XT6 was taken care of quickly. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I was in and out much faster than I expected. Isabel was professional, attentive, and made everything easy from start to finish. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle through Tom Peacock Cadillac, and I can honestly say it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had.
It all started when I reached out and spoke with the manager, Ben Bennani. I let him know exactly what I was looking for and shared my budget. Ben didn't skip a beat—he told me he would put something together, and by the next day, he had quotes ready. After discussing the options and agreeing on a structure that fit my budget, Ben went above and beyond to help me make it happen.
Once we agreed on the vehicle, Dardan Rexhepi took over as my salesperson. Dardan was fantastic, making communication and coordination with the finance department seamless. I let them know right from the start that for the deal to work for me, it needed to be finalized that very day.
True to their word, everything was ready later that evening. The finance department contacted me, and Skeen Mathias handled the closing. Even after hours, Skeen made the entire financial process completely smooth, straightforward, and stress-free.
To top it all off, the car was delivered right to me. I am so grateful to Ben, Dardan, Skeen, and the entire team at Tom Peacock Cadillac for their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication. If you are looking for a hassle-free vehicle purchase, this is the team to see!

Sales Consultant, Skeen Mathias, made this the best vehicle purchasing experience in my entire life and I have bought a lot of vehicles in the past 65 years. He is, hands down, the most courteous, considerate, knowledgable and friendly sales person I have met. His attention to detail, communication and followthrough were second to none. He also spent significant time with me on the demo of the many features of the Escalade V. Throughout the entire process I felt as if he was fighting for me at every step and at the same time he was loyal and acting in the best interest of Cadillac. I truly believe he navigated a Win-Win outcome leaving all parties happy with the end result. Not to be corney but I can count on one hand how many times I have hugged a man and Skeen can be counted as one of those times which is a testament to my satisfaction. Tom Peacock should be proud of his service and consider themselves lucky to have him on their team!

My experience with Tom Peacock Cadillac North Fwy was simply MARVELOUS. Steve Evans was my Sales Consultant, and he was very professional, and listened to what my needs were. Steve made sure to ask the right questions. The funny part is, I was test driving a vehicle from another dealership when my Wife noticed Tom Peacock. So we stopped in to ask a question and take a quick look at their inventory. The customer service and ambiance was so nice. My wife and Son told me to take that vehicle back and let’s buy from here. I had actually paid to have a car shipped to Houston from San Antonio. Did not matter to me one bit. I took the loss because Tom Peacock Cadillac made me a much better deal on a better vehicle with less miles and a warranty extended to 100k miles, better interest rate, and payment $75 less. Don’t tell me God is not in the Blessing Business. Seriously this is no exaggeration. I had no intention of purchasing from Tom Peacock. I am the type that does my homework, always prequalified, money in hand, vehicle picked. Tom Peacock exceeded my expectations. Give them a try and asks for Steve Evans (REAL CLASS ACT). You won’t be disappointed.
