Jose was wonderful!!! He helped my family tremendously and made a previously bad experience with the on-line customer service group so much better.He was patient and understanding and stayed on the call well past closing to finish our policy. I already had my home insurance policy with Brabham. They gave me a quote for my auto policy lower than what I was paying at another insurance company.

I’m currently switching my homeowners insurance due to finding a lower rate elsewhere, but I wanted to leave a review because Rileigh Diaz has been outstanding to work with. Throughout my time with Allstate, they have always been professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Even during the cancellation process, they’ve been courteous and easy to work with. While pricing ultimately led me to make a change, the customer service I received from Rileigh was excellent, and I truly appreciate all of her help
