Timmy Harvel is an excellent agent. We didn’t know him at all. We just needed insurance for our 20 year old. Not only is he very friendly but he explained to our son in an easy and understanding way at since this is the first time our son will have his own car insurance. I can say that I’ve dealt with many agents in my lifetime, but Timmy was exceptional and we are so fortunate that he was part of our son’s big milestones.
I have been with this agency for about 6-7 years now. Dalgy (goes by D) is by far the best agent I have worked with. Comes with years of experience and has been consultatively helpful. I change my policy at least a few times an year, but never have they ever expressed any frustration :-)
Even if an agency down the street quotes a lower price, I would not switch because of the service I receive from them.

I have been working with this Allstate location since 2012 and have been extremely happy with my service. Staff and agents have all been so courteous and helpful!
Not happy with my policy. Update 12/02/2022: I was wrong on the service provided by Mr Brabham staff, they really put their best foot forward on helping me get my policy corrected. I am well pleased with the overall outcome. 👍🏽👍🏽and raise my review star to 5.
Excellent customer service......mary ann is the best!!!!! she is very knowledgeable,honest,personable,and last but certaintly least she put together a better policy at a lower price than any other insurance provider!!!!!! 5 stars !!!!
