I am so happy to be back with Allstate! I had to go to a competitor for 5 years since I had 3 teenagers (2 boys) and I couldn’t afford Allstate. Well all I can say is you get what you pay for! Rikka spent so much time with me and actually was able to get my payments lower with Allstate. She was very personal, caring and she worked hard to get me the best insurance with a price I can handle! I felt she really wanted to help me personally! I look forward to many years to come with Allstate and Rikka!

The service I have received for 13 years has been superb!

Laura Fouts has always taken care of my needs immediately and gives me the sense that I’m her top priority. As long as she’s my agent, I’m sticking with Allstate.
Allstate handled my claim very smoothly. With the quick claims submission process, I had an estimate very quickly. Within a few days, I had my check in the mail and I already have my car back. It was a very smooth process.

The Peterson agency is a great place to get your car ensured at. What I loved the most about my experience was how they explained the ratings worked according to your vehicles year to date, make and the mileage. They have multiples packages I'm sure you'll find more suitable than most places atleast in my opinion as a youngster under 25. They are very understanding and if anything they really just want to help instead of trying to pull One on YA. I don't mean to exaggerate when I say that I trully been blessed to have come across this agency and specially the very well trained staff including Mr. Peterson himself who are more than happy to answer your call.
