Worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor and just don't Add an accident 3 months ago not my fault another one of their customers kasi accident ran off and I still don't have my truck fixed

Was a customer for nearly 7 years, and my insurance rate was constantly being increased even though I had 0 claims. I elected to cancel my insurance.

Well at first they were good. Then they renewed without notice .jacked my rates up by $30 a month. They tried to make it better by giving me 15 back during coronavirus. I called and cancelled. 2 months later i noticed they took out double my payments after i told them i was changing companies. I called talked to owner. He told me i would have back in my account in 3 days. Its been 2 weeks. Also when i called they was having attitude toward me . definitely look elsewhere folks.

My first experience with Allstate as a customer..i was told my differed payment plan in MARCH 2020 due to Covid 19 was in place since i was laid off, just was made aware corporate canceled my policy because of billing statement. No communication from the agent....😞
