Their suite is NOT 410. I am here now pissed because they are not in this building at 13700 Veterans Memorial. They NEVER ANSWER their phone ! I see numerous others who have complained that this agent NEVER answers their phone.

Karina was a wonderful help! She made everything so easy to understand and was very attentive to make sure I was able to find a policy that catered to all my needs. I don't like to leave reviews however today is my first one which is deserving. Jose was a GGG. Great conversation, Great prices and Great Service. He took his time to explain my policies something that other agents haven't done in the past. Give him and Allstate an opportunity. I rather pay a bit more for a better customer service and know I'm I have good coverage with a a reputable company unlike other small insurance companies. Remember you get what you pay for.
