Horrible customer service. I had a policy with this location and spoke with John, who confirmed the vehicle I wanted removed and that my policy was all set. The next day, my policy was suddenly cancelled with no explanation. Every time I called, I was told a manager would call me back—yet no one ever did. I’ve sent multiple emails and made several calls with still no response. Completely unacceptable customer service.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from the friendly agent Alismar. I have my car insurance with her, and she is a very responsible and kind person. I am truly delighted with her service and highly recommend her.
Jamie has a great customer. She has help me out a reasonable times. She's always there for me. I don't know what I would do without her.
