I gave this dealership TWO MONTHS to make things right, and they still haven’t.
I contacted them about a used Bronco and was told financing was already approved and I could realistically get my payment under $650. I drove there only to find out the Bronco wasn’t even at the location. I was then pressured into buying a 2023 Honda Civic with 55K miles, $5,600 down, and $721/month.
After driving the car home, it began shaking and pulling at 60–70 mph. We discovered it needed tires, an alignment, and potentially more. I returned it the very next day after having it for only about 14 hours.
I requested to cancel the deal and receive my full $5,600 back. They only refunded $3,600 and kept $2,000, saying it would be “on file” for a future purchase. I repeatedly called, left messages, and even mailed a letter requesting to speak with the owner. Still no resolution.
The communication was terrible, promises were repeatedly made and not kept, and I felt completely taken advantage of. I understand policies, but when a customer is given misleading information and returns a vehicle within 24 hours due to serious issues, the situation should be handled differently.
Do your research, get everything in writing, and be very careful before doing business here.

They sold me a damaged van. I went back to the shop to have them swap it out—they hadn't even inspected it—and after just two days of driving, the brakes failed. They hadn't even changed the oil. I asked to exchange the van for a different car, but they simply refused to resolve the issue, saying there was nothing they could do. They had agreed on a specific installment amount with me, but when I signed the contract, they raised the payment; they just told me I could renegotiate after six months. I do not recommend buying cars from them; they are completely unscrupulous and low-down people who only care about lining their own pockets. I asked for my down payment back—even though it hurt my credit score—because I didn't want the van.

Do not buy from here!!!! This is a shady business company. I’m currently in the works to sue them for deceptive trade practices…we knew at the test drive the vehicle needed work and now I can’t seem to get a solid answer as to why it’s taking over 4 months for my truck… and the 5 star reviews are actually them writing it while you sign the contract. Yeah you’ll feel great during all that. Until your check engine light comes on before you even make it home from the shop!
