Terrible service. We waited for about an hour, and a man arrived after us. They didn't even ask whose turn it was and served him first. Then, when the lady was finally alone, we went in to see her, and she didn't say anything, just started eating sandwiches and a banana. I thought it was some kind of joke. Awful service. I'll never go back, and I don't recommend it.

In over 30 years of service, I cannot believe such malicious comments about OUR offices. All staff are very professional.
