This really should be a 20 star Rating, i just loved this place and the staff that cared for me, I just can't say enough of how great they are and definitely recommend here if you need care and rehabilitation therapy

This facility is awesome. My husband was in this rehab for 7 days and he came in barely making steps with a walker to fully ambulatory by the discharge day They do not put you in the bed and just feed you. They start early and finish after dinner. They have the patient with physical therapy, ot, and speech therapy. They are concerned with the overall health and well-being of the patient . Their facility is set up to motivate the patient. I will recommend this facility to all my friends and family. Many thanks to the staff. We would use them again

I am writing this review with gratitude and appreciation for the incredible care I received at Clear Sky Rehab from all the staff.
I am unable to single out any one staff member. I would have to name, the entire staff for their help, kindness and concern they showed me.
Unexpectedly I needed a rehab unit after surgery. With the help and expertise of a great Physical and Occupational Therapy staff. They made sure to help strengthen my back, improve the pain in my legs and regain my stamina. They worked very hard to make sure, I felt strong enough for when I went home. I had 15 hrs. a week of therapy which is given to each patient. It definitely showed in my progress. I arrived there by an ambulance. My goal was to leave on a cane not a walker. 12 days later, I was able to accomplish that. Thank you, for your kindness and patience with me.
The RN’s, LVN’s and Nursing Assistants care, empathy and concern for me, was exceptional. They were diligent on giving me my medication. When I needed pain medication, they made sure, it was given. I was grateful for that. If I needed anything, they made sure to help me. There were so many things they did for me. Thank you all, I felt very well cared for.
I was very impressed with the staff that took care of keeping my room clean. They were friendly and so conscientious about the work they did. I really appreciated it. Thank you all, for what you did for me.
The cooking staff and chef created the best homemade meals. I usually only eat 2 meals a day. I did not miss any meals while there. I gained 3 lbs. The chef was so kind, to give me some of her recipes. Thank you all, for the wonderful food you made and served.
There were a few staff members that made sure we went down to the cafeteria on time and that we were in line for our food. There were several other staff members that came to help. They carry our trays and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, all for the help and care you gave me.
My case manager helped with my admin care. I wanted to continue with outpatient Physical Therapy. She made sure I had the proper papers from the doctor, arranged for the facility and that my insurance would pay for it. Thank you, for all the arrangements you made for me
.
The maintenance staff worked hard to make sure the center was well cared for. They even helped with things like, TV issues and help with the AC thermostat. Thank you, for all you do at the center.
If you have a loved one that is in need of a Rehab unit. Please check out this one first. You’ll be glad you did. Yes, I would absolutely go back. Thank you, Clear Sky Rehab Hospital for all the care and help you gave me.

No internet and can’t even get signal on phone . Can’t even get a cup of coffee till kitchen opens up at 8 am . Can’t get local channel 2 . And the food is awful and they never bring silverware are butter and sugar . You have to ask for it .

Jennifer, your guidance in helping us with dietary needs and at-home exercises has been invaluable. I make sure Dad does his exercises every day, and it’s all thanks to you.
Mrs. Monique, we will always be eternally grateful for your quick action when my father’s condition worsened during his first stay. Your decision to call 911 saved his life, and we can never thank you enough.

Janice, Lizbeth, Jaclyn, Adriana, Aprelle, Keshawnda, Teresa, Auryanna, Aceisha, and Rylee, each of you played a crucial role in Dad’s care. Your collective efforts were exceptional, and we are deeply appreciative.
Mrs. Davida and Mr. Ed, your advocacy with the insurance company ensured Dad had the necessary equipment at home, and your help in securing home healthcare was invaluable. Mrs. Davida, I was amazed by how quickly you arranged for a nurse to come to our home.
To the entire Clear Sky Rehab staff: you all are remarkable. Your dedication and compassion shine through in every aspect of your care. For anyone seeking the best care and outcomes for their loved ones, I wholeheartedly recommend Clear Sky Rehab. We love you all and are forever grateful for the care and support you provided.
