Man where do I start everything was great from when I was pushed in with a wheelchair to walking out on my own I can’t remember everyone’s names but they was amazing!!!! Highly recommend. They figured out what was wrong with when mainland or utmb couldn’t

Dr. Serrano was very through in his assessment and quickly confirmed diagnosis. I had gone to urgent care and had some reservations about their assessment. When I arrived at Elite cares I was quickly processed and received care within 15 minutes of arrival. Mary Grace was very receptive to my concerns and followed through with my requests on reduce pain meds. The staff was responsive , caring and placed patient care as a top priority. The whole experience was quite different from any ER I have been to.

The staff was awesome 👍😎 of all whom took care of me and it was my first time there. I will recommend my coworkers to come here with any illness that they might have. I did not get there names but everyone greeted me with a smile.

Elite is our first choice in urgent care! Highly recommend. The staff and doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and the waiting room has a cozy feel. If you want an elevated ER experience, go to Elite Care.

The staff is friendly and accommodating to their patients. The process of checking in and seeing the doctors is very quick compared to a normal hospital or urgent care. The care they provide is top notch. As someone with a lot of illnesses, they help me quickly and got me back on track to a healthy me. I will continue to use them.And I hope others too, too.As I recommend, they are five star company.

Everyone is very nice and friendly. They work fast and really care about you. The nurse i had was extremely nice and took care of me and asked if i was okay and or needed anything. She made me feel comfortable with no worries. This is the best hospital I've ever came to🫶 and they surprised me when I got out the hospital they sent me beautiful flowers..it brought tears to my eyes💕🙏💞 I want to say thank you so much for showing all the love

The staff here are amazing! Had an unpredictable stay overnight, and they were very accommodating and made me feel comfortable. Thank you to Ms. Jamie who helped me get settled in when I wasn’t feeling good! Thank you to Whitteny, brandy, Kaci, vanessa, Shan, Tavia, Duy, Nina and Dr.Jhingree for providing fast and efficient care! Special thanks to nurse Grace, who was very nice to talk to at night and kept my apple juices stocked for me on my all liquid diet! Love this place!

I had to go to the ER again on 6/14/2026 with the same kidney stone that I came in with before. My pain was critical and they took me in and provided the same level of care that I have always received at Elite… excellent! Dr. Jhingree is amazing and has the best bedside manner. He is thorough and always gives me the best care. My nurse was amazing also very kind and always meeting my needs. Wish I could remember everyone’s names because they were all amazing. The lady that did my CT scan and radiographs was so sweet. I have gone to other ER’s but what keeps me coming back to Elite is the level of care that I get. They are just the best. I feel safe and taken care off when I go there. They just sent me these flowers wishing me a quick recovery.
