Ignorant nurse… my grandfather was in distress trying to breathe, very obviously severely labored (oxygen around 80) and she refused to provide oxygen. We asked to get an ambulance and she was dismissive. We had to get medical help ourselves. I understand this isn’t a place for critical patients but he was very obviously severely labored and she did nothing. He had to be stabilized for nearly an hour before he could even be transferred to a hospital. If my family wasn’t present he probably would’ve died that night. Very disappointed with his negligence from a supposedly renounced company

The nurses and therapists were great, very friendly and professional. My problem is with Abigail and the discharge staff. Sent me a Return to Work document with the wrong date. Asked for a corrected version. This was two weeks ago. Still have not heard back;it's almost like I've been blacklisted. Because of the delay, I lost my job. Thanks!

This is the worst place ever I would not send my dog there. My mother was in there for 17 days with a broken arm and wasn’t able to walk when we got her out. She lost 37 pounds while in there Please if you care anything about your loved one don’t leave them there

Do not take your loved one here! In like eight days, my grandmother was in their care. She significantly declined in every way. She came in fully cognitively aware, needing a little bit of assistance to stand and was a goal to eat and gain strength. By the time she left, she was cognitively gone hadn’t eaten in six days was severely dehydrated and had a UTI. The communication from doctors and management to the staff is unacceptably subpar. They continued to try to give her food that she cannot have like milk when she’s lactose intolerant caffeine when she can’t have it and ice and all of her drinks, even though we spoke to numerous people about this issue. The doctors would meet with us and tell us that they would be doing one thing like changing a medication that didn’t work or that she had a bad reaction to, and then the staff would come in and give her the same medication. The doctor had said they were gonna be stopping saying that they didn’t have any new orders. While in their care, they refuse to give IV hydration for six days. She had managed to pull out three IVs that they were using to draw blood, she had fallen out of bed, and the last night we were there, I found her with her legs stuck in the railings of the bed yelling for help. I learned that they had just shut her door instead of going into help her. I finally had enough when she asked to kill herself. I had her removed and transported to the hospital where they confirm that she was extremely malnourished dehydrated and definitely had a UTI. Please do not take your loved ones to this facility unless they are truly ready for full on physical therapy. While we were there, we witnessed the staff taking patients to the dining area what they would just leave them there, even though they are unable to feed themselves. If a patient wasn’t able to be attended to, they would wheel them out to the nurses station and leave them there for hours on end. Every patient we talk to while there complained about being ignored and abandoned. They are not capable of caring for someone who needs more attention than a patient who is able to feed themselves and stand on their own. Be aware and be careful when choosing the right facility. This one definitely is not it

They basically hold patients hostage and don’t allow them to communicate with caretakers. They ignore patients’ rights and neglect proper consent protocol. Beware of their false claims of encouraging caretaker involvement in patients’ recovery.

Medical treatment was terrible - tests are administered sometimes three times to get the lowest one. Had a blood pressure of 214, but nowhere to be found…

My wife choked to death at this facility. People who are confined to a hospital bed are at a huge disadvantage for the Heimlich maneuver. There was not a anti choking device available. I hope they changes so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Horrible, never again.
I got a hip replacement and was in much pain.
The therapist told my doctor I was abusing the pain meds.
I’m sure she wasn’t in any pain, it made life difficult for me like that’s what I needed to recover!
Find someone that helps you and not an instigator!

I am submitting this response to clarify my experience, particularly regarding my discharge and post-discharge care.
While my inpatient care during therapy sessions was adequate, my discharge process was unacceptable and demonstrated a serious lack of clinical judgment and follow-through.
I am a diabetic patient. At the time of discharge, I should not have been released without a full physical inspection of my body for open wounds or skin breakdown. This did not occur. I later discovered an open wound that required attention, and this failure represents negligence in discharge assessment, especially given my medical risk factors.
After discharge, when I realized I needed urgent guidance, I called and pleaded for help. My call was not returned by the nurse as promised. When I followed up, I was told that Dr. Siddiqui stated he “had nothing to do with me” once I was discharged. That response was deeply concerning and contrary to appropriate continuity of care. Discharge does not absolve a physician or facility from responsibility when a patient reports a serious post-discharge complication related to their care.
I want to be clear: my care was not terrible, but it was not fully acceptable either. It was adequate during my stay, but the discharge planning, final medical assessment, and post-discharge support failed me. As a medically vulnerable patient, I should never have been left without proper evaluation or a clear path for urgent follow-up.
This experience caused me unnecessary distress and risk, and it must be addressed to prevent harm to future patients.
