I was here and the staff, doctors, nurses, PT, and OT was excellent! I progressed very quickly with the help of my physical therapist Alex and occupational therapist Skylar. They allowed my family visits and my three month old child making it easier for me to focus on recovery for my children. The nurses that I had were very nice, and my case manager Denise was great; all my physicians including Todd is meant for that job! Well done everyone! I’m home and very grateful for this facility!

Everyone from the Techs on thru the Therapists and nursing staff were really nice and quick to serve when needed. All of the doctors were available and willing to answer questions about treatment and medications as well.

My husband’s second stay w Encompass Rehab The Woodlands location. Many familiar faces to greet us upon arrival. The care & attention fantastic. We enjoy the mature vegetation in the landscape & being able to go outside to the gazebo. Many thanks to all especially Courtney, Marlene, Alex, & Brittany

I cannot give enough praise to this facility!! They were a life saver for my mom after she had a fall and fractured her hip. Ms. Kimberly Clayborn was angel that helped us get my mom out of a bad facility and into this one. Wow her attention to my concerns and quickness were a blessing! Less that 30 minutes after me calling her she was there in person with my mom setting everything up. I will forever be grateful! The care at the facility was impeccable my mom felt cared and heard always. She loved her therapists Crystal and Jessica were great pushed her to get the right exercises for her to get better and all treated her with care and respect! The facility was always very clean, smelled good, was bright and open. We were always greeted very well at the front when we visited. The staff communicated very well with each other and got to know not only the patients but family members also! Dr. Samuel Kim was excellent cared for my mom, got to know her case and treated her very well! Excellent facility and staff! I am very thankful for them!

Comfortable accommodations, very nice staff and they trained me well. The medical staff was available 24/7. The therapist were very knowledgeable and patient. And everyone did whatever they could do, to make my stay as comfortable as possible!

This was my second stay with Encompass. I was there three years ago and couldn’t even walk 5 feet. By the time I left, I was walking. I landed there again here in 2026. I was happy that I was able to go back. I had the same two doctors that I had in 2023. They both remembered me. My experience with Encompass was great. The staff from management all the way down to the techs was outstanding! The PT and OT department were great and worked patiently with me. I also had wound care. They were very attentive to my wounds and the treatment was good. The food service was good and you get to choose your meals every day. Thank you to everyone there. Everything was professional and I give them 5+ stars.

I recently stayed at Encompass Health in The Woodlands, and I want to recognize the staff for the care I received during a very difficult time. The nurses and therapists were attentive, respectful, and clearly committed to helping patients recover safely.
The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and most of the staff went out of their way to check on me and make sure I was comfortable.
One area that could use improvement is the discharge planning process. Communication around next steps and placement options felt rushed and, at times, unclear. This is a critical moment for patients, and more coordination and support would make a huge difference.
Overall, I’m grateful for the care I received from everyone and especially Nurse Lynh Stinnett R.N. who truly showed compassion and professionalism. For that I am so greatful. *****5 STARS***** All the way. You all have made me whole.

Encompass is the best place to go to recover. I fell and broke my hip and my children helped me to come here for rehab. I had 3 hours a day of OT and PT and everyone was so amazing!!! And kind. Carlos and Lauren were lovely OT and PT trainers.
But again everyone i met was so encouraging. Thank you Encompass!

I stayed in the Encompass rehab hospital for ten days after my spine surgery. It was such a critical time for me to become more independent after the initial surgery before going home. Dr.Lin was meticulously monitoring my progress, reduced my pain medication gradually and steadily, as well as monitoring my abnormal sodium level and gave appropriate medication. He also gave me some long term suggestions on my particular condition. The staff and nurses were very friendly and supportive. When I was discharged from the Encompass, I was much more confident and more independent to go home.
