I switched my Insurance from Freeway to Guard Co. I only walked in to get a quote, but they treated me like family, and I switched insurances on the spot. They earned my business. At the other place, it was like they were doing me a favor, every time I walked in to make a payment. That and the fact this place smells and looks like super nice. And I am paying $27 less than the other agency.
