I had the pleasure of doing business with Kaizen and they are very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to get you the coverage you need at a price you can afford. I had a minor accident last year, so when my rates went up, I called and they were able to come through for me. They are very responsive to my texts and I would definitely recommend doing business with them.
When searching Kaizen I saw the definition "a change for the better"

Every time I call regarding insurance, I call Erica. If she’s not available, I wait, and I know a lot of other customers that do the same. She is professional, courteous, very quick, and the best part is she is honest, and in insurance, HONESTY is HARD to find! Call and ask for Erica, you won’t regret it!

After realizing I’m at the point in my life where life insurance is important I did some research and came to find that having an amazing agent is just as important when handling something as such. After speaking to a few people I came across Erica and I couldn’t be anymore happier even if I tried. She was extremely knowledgeable in this area, she asked all the right questions to ensure all aspects of my life could and would be covered. She’s personable and very well-spoken which made what is actually business seem like a friend just making sure I’m well taken care of long term and most importantly she made sure my children would be taken care of.
