Easy in and out parking. If you choose valet parking the staff is very friendly. Building is very clean

This hospital is a complete nightmare. In fact, it should be evaluated together with the main building.

There is no proper post-surgery support or follow-up. It can take them two weeks to diagnose an infection.

When discharging you after surgery, they might forget to give you painkillers.

It feels like they are treating you like a lab rat, exploiting your insurance and playing games with your health.

They donโ€™t even have their own anesthesia teamโ€”you can end up waiting for hours in the operating room just for an anesthesiologist to show up.

They are not focused on accurate diagnosis or outcomes, and worse, they forget their own lies from one appointment to the next, constantly making up new excuses.

Even worse, the nurses in the pre-op area donโ€™t know how to properly insert an IV line.

My advice: Stay away from this hospital. Seriously.

I came in for my first visit on 7/17/25 for a mammogram due to me finding a lump in my breast about 2 months prior. I ended up needing a mammogram AND an ultrasound. The mammogram tech (whose name I canโ€™t remember) and the ultrasound tech Rosemary were so kind! Dr. Ortiz was also very kind and discussed my ultrasound findings and explained that I needed a biopsy. I came back for the biopsy on 7/24/25 and my visit was nothing less than great! I was so nervous and anxious, as this was my first biopsy, ever. My RN, Ms. Grace was so sweet and understanding. She gave me encouraging words and let me know that everything would be okay and she would be there with me for it all. I was happy to see Rosemary as my ultrasound tech again. Dr. Carril came in and explained everything clearly, laughed, joked, and talked to me the entire way through. I felt no pain or discomfort. Today, 7/25/25 Ms. Grace called to check on me and that is greatly appreciated! So to my care team, THANK YOU!

I had a very frustrating experience with the outpatient imaging in the hospital for the abdominal ultrasound scheduled on 11:15am, July 14, 2025. After waiting for almost one hour after check-in, I went to the desk asking what was going on, I was told I was good, and they just ran late. I waited and waited for another hour, I asked them again, I was then told I can either cancel my appointment or do it at 2:30 pm due to my late check-in. Why didnโ€™t they tell me this when they checked me in? Why didnโ€™t they tell me this when I asked the desk the first time? It seemed that they assumed that you were willing to waite for whatever long time they wanted.

Dropping off is a total violation of patients rights. My brother has progressive MS. can't even walk, pulled up to drop him off and got screamed at by valet for me to move. He wanted me to leave my brother there for someone else to get him from the parking lot. And yes I already tried to call your patient relations number. I already tried to call several numbers and can't get ahold of nobody. Now I'll try the lawyer. That's BS. this needs to be taken care of ASAP. Even the staff inside said all valet does is demand people to move and we don't have to. It literally says "outpatient services" and that's where I parked.

The valet employees are the worst, they are rude and very disrespectful, my son took my mother to an appointment today and she on 100% oxygen and is unable to walk long distance so my son drove through so he could get close so she didnโ€™t have to struggle and the valet employees started to yell at my son to move and park away from there and to make her walk. This issue needs to be taken care of. My son and mother did not need to be treated this way.

Hello, I'm Cuban. From my experience, I come from a country where public healthcare is plagued by problems, shortages, and a sad reality. When I was diagnosed with cancer, my family and I felt depressed, desperate, and saddened by insurance problems and clinics that wouldn't accept me. Finally, to my complete relief, this clinic took me in quickly, and I began this battle surrounded by a great team of doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff. This clinic is truly a wonderful experience. I feel calm and safe. It's a facility that welcomes you with respect and kindness, just what we need when we're diagnosed with this disease. I feel incredibly grateful to be in the hands of Dr. Thompson, my surgeon and a wonderful human being; my oncologist, Dr. Rimawi; Dr. Silvia, my oncologist; each of the nurses; the doctors at the Margot study, of which I am a member; Marรญa Ramรญrez, with her great kindness; and Dr. Mulatรญsima, as we say in my country, with her great joy, understanding, and responsibility, and always with her big smile. They are all special, truly dedicated to their work, providing not only medical but also emotional support when I've needed it. I also thank the lab staff and the chemotherapy ward, who every Monday put in their best effort to make this process easier. I give infinite thanks to the entire team. I know there's not much longer to go before I win this battle, and I thank God first and foremost for placing me in this wonderful place. Thank you all, and keep up the good work, giving life. Your patient, Nadia Gamboa
