The MRI Technician Stephanie and her assistant were absolutely fabulous
They explained everything and checked on me multiple times throughout the procedure.

All they did made it a much better experience that I had expected.

Today was one of the most satisfying experiences I've had in a medical facility. Everyone was very good, but as usual there is one person that really stands out. Stephanie was outstanding !!!! Thank you Stephanie for taking me in your most gentle hands and making my MRI great. Your soothing and reassuring words really did the trick and really made me relax. Thanks again Stephanie. And to everyone else I dealt with and Stephanie too, TOP OF THE MARK. I'll definitely be back if and when required. Thanks again.

My 8month old daughter had surgery this morning and I must say this was by far the best patient experience I have had. This is coming from a mother with an older child who has had multiple surgeries (this is the first surgery at this facility), and I myself am a nurse, so I have plenty of experiences to compare it to. I was extremely impressed with the compassion, care, and knowledge all the staff had. All questions we had were answered and any nerves I had were put to ease by the anesthesiologists, and I trusted that my daughter was in safe hands. Thank you all again for everything you do.

I'm not someone who leaves reviews often, but I had to write about this hospital and its staff. They are simply amazing! Right from my pre op appointment to the actual surgery, everyone I interacted with was simply great! My surgery went great and I was incredibly moved by the nurses kindness and compassion. The anesthesiologists were so kind, not that they have to be, but I greatly appreciate that they went out of their way to calm my nerves.

I was treated with so much respect even after coming out of the surgery. The nurses who helped me in the recovery room, THANK YOU. You guys deserve all things wonderful. So very reassuring and gentle! Honestly you guys are heroes to patients like us!

The hospital itself is well maintained and exceptionally clean. Not that I would like anymore surgeries in the future, but god forbid I need one, I'll definitely only choose this place!

I had an MRI today and my experience was Excellent. The facility was very clean. Every encounter with the staff was friendly and professional. Stephanie was the one who did my procedure and she was Exceptional! I would highly recommend this location to friends and family.

Oh thank you, your facility was just a great experience from all your staff. The young lady that lead me and did the MRI was such a lovely young lady. She handled me and the equipment to a T she very energetic happy joyful person. She was so gentle with me and she was such a delightful person. Thank you for the care and treatment from the checking in and through the MRI.

Stephanie and John were my technicians for an MRI I had there. John, couldn't have been more kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Stephanie was great also - kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. As a physicist I had some questions of interest and they were able to answer them all. Once ready (IV, gown, etc), the MRI procedure was over in 20 minutes. So, they were very efficient. Thanks again for a pleasant experience.

I have had two procedures her in the past week: an ultrasound and an abdominal MRI. Each was done by a woman, and both ladies were caring, friendly, and calming - exactly what a person needs for reassurance at a time like that. Neither time did I experience a wait time when I arrived. After I completed the paperwork, I was called to the back to begin the procedure. At no time was I passed off to another person. The person who did the procedure was the person who collected me from the waiting room, and who led me out after the procedure was finished. Both procedures were done in the morning, and both times the results were available to my doctor that afternoon. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone else.

Today was my first experience at the Memorial Herman Surgical Hospital of FT BEND. I went for an MRI in their Open MRI unit. I had had an experience elsewhere in a closed MRI that had been quiet unpleasant and resulted in an incomplete scan. I was surprised by the niceness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. Going for an MRI of my hand was almost like going to a spa. There was a nice gown and robe, attention to my comfort, great sound blocking headphones with music of my choice (no inferior little earplugs to coach into my ears, where they then fall out), warm blankets and pillows to tuck me in. I was able to sleep during the scan. Great experience and success. I will definitely use this facility for future scans!

I’d filled out the paperwork prior to my appointment and arrived about 20 minutes early. The check in was straight forward and the desk staff very pleasant and courteous.

About ten minutes after my appointment time the nurse/MRI tech (John) came to get me. He shepherded me through the process, explaining each step in advance. He was courteous and reassuring throughout, positioning me carefully on the table for the MRI of my knee.

After the appointment, John escorted me back to reception where he removed the medical identity bracelet for me.

This was my third MRI at this facility and I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I had great experience with my first knee replacement here in January and I’m looking forward to a repeat great experience with my next knee replacement in the next cou of months.
