I strongly recommend staying away from this dealership, especially Jose Lemus, jeff, and austin, based on the way my son and our family were treated. My son found a Corvette he genuinely loved and was ready to purchase. On Friday, he left a $2,000 non-refundable deposit, signed paperwork, and we began working with the bank to complete the financing. On Monday morning, I immediately went to the bank to move everything forward. The dealership also contacted my son asking if he was still coming, and he repeatedly said yes. Despite this, we were suddenly told another customer was looking at the Corvette, and shortly afterward, the car was sold. It was extremely frustrating because my son had already put down $2,000, signed paperwork, and clearly communicated that we were proceeding with the purchase.
It honestly felt like once another customer came with more money, our deposit, paperwork, and previous communication meant nothing. If the vehicle was never going to be held for us, that should have been clearly explained from the beginning. As a mother, I was especially disappointed with Jeff, who appeared to be one of the main people in charge. His communication with us left us feeling misled and completely unable to trust what we were being told. My son is 20, and I also felt that he was not taken seriously because of his age, despite being a serious buyer with his family actively involved. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this dealership. Be extremely careful before leaving a deposit and make sure you know exactly what your paperwork and money actually guarantee.

Reshma, we're sorry that your son didn't get the Corvette he wanted, but there are a few details we feel are missing from your review. First: you were fully refunded your $2,000, so the only thing you lost in this transaction was time. We also lost a lot of time on this transaction - our staff invested a significant amount of time and effort trying to help you complete your purchase in a timely manner with little assistance form your side. When we started the buying process our staff informed you that these cars are in high demand and that delays in the buying process could lead to another person purchasing the vehicle. We advised you and your son to come to the store on Monday to complete the purchasing process in order to avoid this, however you informed us you intended to come in on Tuesday. When another customer came in to purchase the vehicle on Monday, we called to advise you that if you were unable to complete the purchase process that day, we would be obligated to sell the vehicle to the other buyer. Multiple team members reached out to you. and we gave you and your son multiple warnings and opportunities to finish your purchase. You did not take advantage of these opportunities. We are sorry this purchase did not work out for you and wish you the best of luck in your search for a Corvette.

Sincerely,
The Monument Chevrolet Team

Was upfront that I was looking for a specific truck; they had it on the lot. I told them is be providing a bank draft to cover the cost. They took away all incentives due to me"financing" the vehicle, which would'vebeen paid for in full, even though the incentives are valid unless you finance through them. BS practice to ensure higher profits. I bought from Chastang Ford instead; they were upfront and honest they whole time.
Sales lady was great.

Matthew, we take customer service very seriously here at Monument Chevrolet, so when we saw your review we immediately looked into the deal you were offered to see what our team might have done wrong. However, our records show that you were offered every available rebate by our team. We're sorry if there was a miscommunication that lead you to believe we were withholding incentives, but we assure you we were ready to do what it took to sell you a truck. Additionally, or records show your deal was put together in November of last year, which is quite a long time ago. If the Ford you purchased from Chastang hasn't lived up to your expectations, we are happy to work out a new deal for you. We welcome you to call Jeff Ross at (713) 580-1600 to discuss ways we can get you in a Chevy for a great price.

Got an appointment on a Thursday morning to get my truckโs AC fixed, but they didnโt even check for the problem until late Friday. It just sat in the queue and didnโt get fixed until the next Wednesdayโlike, a full week for something that shouldโve taken half a day. What a waste of time.
This service was covered under warranty, and my out-of-pocket deductible is $100.00. However, I was informed that the total cost would be approximately $300.00. Upon contacting the warranty provider, I inquired about the discrepancy. They clarified that the warranty would not cover the full labor charges, as they classified the work as a two-hour job, while the dealership estimated it would take four hours to complete.

Would give 0 if I could. I had an appointment for an alignment at 3:45pm. Didn't leave out of here til 6:45. For an alignment!! Why schedule an appointment if its going to take hours for a alignment. Would never come back for services again. I also overhear that they lost a lady's keys. That went in for a 30 minute service. She didn't leave out of there until more than an hour later. Extremely unprofessional.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Monument Chevrolet. I purchased a 2018 Cadillac Escalade from them just four months ago, and since then I have discovered several major issues that should never be present on a vehicle sold by a dealership.
The paint on the hood is already peeling off in large sheets, the front struts have failed, the front sway bar links need replacement, and the driverโs side engine mount is bad. These are significant problems that have resulted in unexpected repair costs shortly after purchase.
What has been even more frustrating than the vehicle issues is the lack of customer service and accountability. Rather than standing behind the vehicle they sold, I have been met with poor communication and little willingness to help resolve the situation.
When customers spend thousands of dollars on a vehicle from a dealership, they expect honesty, quality, and support after the sale. Unfortunately, my experience with Monument Chevrolet has been the complete opposite.
I would strongly encourage potential buyers to have any vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing and to carefully review any warranties or service contracts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Monument Chevrolet. Yes, I did purchase extended warranty but however the struts and paint job are not covered. Awful experience all around.

Repair services has had our vehicle this April 2nd ,2026 and still today has not reached out even with repeat calls to them about the engine light on which was the only reason we brought it to them. I have never had problems with repair service before like before but its been 4 days with no updates about the truck but one video which has nothing to do with engine light on. We came on for years maybe with not this vehicle we have never been treated this way.

Oralia, we apologize for your negative experience at our Service Department. Our Service team works hard to provide quality service and repairs as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, delays do occur on occasion. We continually work to improve our process and minimize delays. Our records show that your vehicle was completed on April 6 and that you came to pick it up on that day - so it looks like you're back on the road now, but if there's anything else we can do for you, please contact our Service Drive Manager, Sandra, at 713-580-1704.
