I bought a 2024 Miata this past weekend from home in DFW over the phone with the Ronnell, it was the most pleaseant car buying experience I have ever had and when the car rolled up on the trailer the following day, it was exactly as advertised. I hope all of my future car buying experiences are this easy & pleasant.

Highly recommended. I live in California and every time I found a truck out here I liked, the dealers would add $6000 to the price for some BS charges. I got a hold of Mike at Motor Tenders of Houston and he told me the price you see is the price you pay, even worked with me a little on the price and offered to help me ship it out to California. Truck arrived and it was exactly as it looked on the website. Would definitely go here again if I ever need to.

This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. We were looking to replace my son’s truck with something newer for his tenure are Texas Tech. We called about a truck they had on the lot and spoke with Ronell.
He answered all of our questions and got our financing in order while we drove from Magnolia to Alvin.
Once we arrived, we were onsite just shy of an hour. We drove the truck, made a deal, Ronell got the truck ready for us to receive it, we signed some paperwork that Mike prepared for us, and that was it.
We cant say enough great things about the way Ronell treated us and how he orchestrated the deal.
They mostly deal with higher end vehicles that are out of my budget, so i dont know how often i will be able to purchase from them, but i would highly recommend anyone looking for high end vehicles to give them a call. The quality of the truck we purchased was superior in every way compared to our 3 week search and disappointment from other dealers upon arriving to see the vehicle.
I just cant get over how great of an experience this was for us.

Must say, prior to my purchase with Motor Trends Houston, I was having a tough time locking in the same car at other dealerships. They would prioritize someone else that was local, weren’t super responsive, or wanted to charge 2x for delivery and additional bs. Luckily “the one” popped up at MTH and the rest was history.
After just one call to MTH and speaking with Mike, I was on the fast track to sealing the deal and getting the right car and the right price. They’ll take care of you end-to-end and will even check-in after the car leaves the lot.
Will return for my next dream ride!

My experience with this dealer was top tier!!! I was over 2000 miles away and I did everything virtual. With so much fraud, I was hesitant, but Mike assisted me and was super helpful. He shipped my vehicle from Texas to Va and it was a smooth transition. I would definitely buy here.
Buying a vehicle is usually a nightmare. I hate haggling with sales people, worse the finance team, and I can't stand high pressure sales. Motor Trends of Houston is none of that. The experience was terrific. Quite frankly, this is the most informal vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. Texted to make sure the car was still available and recieved a timely response. Arrived and briefly discussed with Ronell what my intentions were. No sales tactics for the test drive, provided my documentation and handed me the keys. Took a quick test drive and by the time I returned they had a fair price for my trade in (and accepted my counter); again, without any sales tactics. No pressure for any add-ons, extended warranties, or anything else. In and out in about 1 - 1.5 hours. Would recommend to anyone and will return in the future.
