I want going to leave a review but receiving a text from the dealer just now made me want to. I bought a heritage GT500 CFTP from the dealership who promised the vehicle was pristine with no issues. It arrived with damage to the underside near the rear, broken rear bumper supports, dented left exhaust tips and transport damage to the top.

They fought with me about the repair costs and then only agreed to give me the money for repair if I left them a good review... I fixed the car and kept it about two months, I sold the car through a 3rd party buyer and just received a text from the same sales guy telling me they bought my car. Not sure what the point of that was.

I wouldn't be surprised if they applied to get my tax I paid on the car back from the government by saying they bought the car back... Shady dealer do not trust. I should have just had the deal rescinded... Buyer beware. VIN: 1FA6P8SJ0N5502971

Dealing with Ronell Ram and Motor Trends of Houston was nothing but a huge headache and a waste of time. Ronell lied about the condition of the vehicle stating that it was perfect and had no imperfections on a car that had 1,000 miles. When we arrived, we found out that the whole side of the car had been keyed and had multiple damages. The photos online showed the good side only. None of this was stated upfront as we would have never stepped foot in here. I would never purchase from this dealership as they will lie to get you into the door in hopes that you will purchase any way.
