I was recommended by someone & I can definitely say I am satisfied!

They were very communicative about my car & very patient with me. Unfortunately the insurance was not being very responsive, but I can rest assured that they handled the situation as best they could. I wasn’t able to go through with the repairs, but from the work I’ve seen, I’d definitely give them a try!

Great Service, my 1939 Plymouth truck having major electrical issues. They diagnosed and fixed the problems for just a few hundred dollars where as another shop wanted 1000's of dollars. Also Great Collision shop, fixed my grand daughters car, someone ran into the back of her car, got New bumper and paint job All looks Great. Thanks Tony

The staff was very nice and they did great work on my car. While other companies said they would take weeks to fix. Sharks collision fixed it in less than a week and it was as nothing happened to my car. Great place and would highly recommend

I am very pleased with my experience here. Maria, the lady upfront, was super helpful in answering all my questions. They fixed my door handle for only $250, when elsewhere I had been quoted for near $600. The service was prompt and friendly. I’ll definitely go back to Shark whenever I have a car problem. A faulty air compressor (directly across the street at HEB's gas station) actually took the air out of my tire right before I was set to hit the road for a long distance trip. I called Sharks, told them what happened, and they welcomed me with open arms. I slowly drove my car over to them, and they refilled my tire and checked the other three as well to ensure my tires were good before I hit the road. They didn't charge me anything! I'm so grateful that they were able to help me and so quickly. Thank you guys soooooo much for your kindness and generosity. Generosity isn't easy to find in most auto repair shops. Thank you.

Excellent work was done on my GMC. Looks brand new. The people that work there are fantastic. Maria, Anna, the gentlemen that worked in my car were friendly, professional and very helpful. I recently took my Jeep to Shark Collisions Center for repairs to my windshield and bumper, and I’m really impressed with their service! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

They did an excellent job fixing the damage—my Jeep looks as good as new! The repairs were done on time, and they kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I took my vehicle to Sharks Collision Center on a whim needing assistance for some damages to my vehicle and with the intention of only getting one thing fixed based on others opinions. Needless to say Anna came outside and thoroughly looked at the damages and without a full scope she showed me the the diagnostic code had far more issues tied to said damage. I was pleased to know that I had majority of the details pointed out to me during her inspection. Anna then presented me with options and provided me with an eta of when car may have possibly been ready. The staff was very thorough when cleaning up and repairing vehicle. Did not anticipate the interior to be like new again. Anna helped me with the insurance process and it was a seamless process. I can not thank them enough for the time and effort that Shark Collision Center put in to get the job done. Thank you Anna for your patience.

Anna was so helpful to my husband and I as we were going through a tough time after being in a major car accident where our vehicle ended up being a total loss after we were hit by an impaired driver. She was extremely patient and kind to us. She got us in a rental car expeditiously and even referred us to an amazing attorney to take care of our needs. We have ZERO complaints with our dealings with Sharks Collision! GREAT EXPERIENCE. We will definitely be returning to Sharks Collision for anything in the future that deals with our vehicles.
