I had a very disappointing experience with Shark Collision Center. They kept my Sprinter van for an additional two weeks due to what appeared to be poor planning and lack of organization. Throughout the process, I felt that customer service was not a priority. Their focus seemed to be on collecting insurance payments rather than keeping customers informed or getting vehicles repaired in a timely manner.
To make matters worse, when they finally returned my van, it had a coolant system leak and several hoses had been connected incorrectly. As a result, I lost another two days of work while those issues were diagnosed and repaired.
A collision repair shop should return a vehicle in safe, proper working condition, especially after an extended delay. Unfortunately, the lack of planning, poor communication, and quality control issues caused significant downtime and frustration. I would not recommend Shark Collision Center based on my experience.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Sharks Collision Center in Houston. Their lack of reliability and terrible customer service caused major damage to my business. They kept my mobile grooming van for an entire month, leaving me unable to work and causing significant financial losses.

There was zero empathy for the impact this had on my business, my clients, and my income. Communication was poor, updates were inconsistent, and I constantly had to chase them for information. A business vehicle is not just a car — it is our livelihood — and they showed no sense of urgency or professionalism.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone who depends on their vehicle for work.

This place having 4 stars is mind boggling. No one here gives out an exact or correct time when my services will be done. The owner, i guess thats who he was, made me pay $50 cash up front before he starts, which is reasonable for a hole in the wall shop. However he did not give me a reciept, but told me my rim will be done early Monday morning after dropping it off Thursday afternoon. He also said he was going to do everything himself as far as fixing the rim and shining it. Come 4 pm Monday, i call the store, and a young lady whom was not there when the service was asked for on thursday answers and tells me it will be ready Tuesday. Fun fact: HE DOESNT FIX IT HIMSELF. He sends it out to a third party for them to send back. How come i wasnt told that on monday when it was supposed to be done? Now comes tuesday, TODAY, i go to the shop after they sent me a text confirmation that pickup will be ready between 4-6 pm. Made it just in time at 5:55 pm and only one kid is working, whom doesnt speak english, has to call his boss for his boss to tell me it wont be ready until TOMORROW! There was a delay on the third party's delivery. Again no text or email confirmation. So much time was wasted without anything being done. Very aggravated and they will not get a cent from me again.

I was recommended by someone & I can definitely say I am satisfied!

They were very communicative about my car & very patient with me. Unfortunately the insurance was not being very responsive, but I can rest assured that they handled the situation as best they could. I wasn’t able to go through with the repairs, but from the work I’ve seen, I’d definitely give them a try!

Great Service, my 1939 Plymouth truck having major electrical issues. They diagnosed and fixed the problems for just a few hundred dollars where as another shop wanted 1000's of dollars. Also Great Collision shop, fixed my grand daughters car, someone ran into the back of her car, got New bumper and paint job All looks Great. Thanks Tony

The staff was very nice and they did great work on my car. While other companies said they would take weeks to fix. Sharks collision fixed it in less than a week and it was as nothing happened to my car. Great place and would highly recommend

I am very pleased with my experience here. Maria, the lady upfront, was super helpful in answering all my questions. They fixed my door handle for only $250, when elsewhere I had been quoted for near $600. The service was prompt and friendly. I’ll definitely go back to Shark whenever I have a car problem. A faulty air compressor (directly across the street at HEB's gas station) actually took the air out of my tire right before I was set to hit the road for a long distance trip. I called Sharks, told them what happened, and they welcomed me with open arms. I slowly drove my car over to them, and they refilled my tire and checked the other three as well to ensure my tires were good before I hit the road. They didn't charge me anything! I'm so grateful that they were able to help me and so quickly. Thank you guys soooooo much for your kindness and generosity. Generosity isn't easy to find in most auto repair shops. Thank you.

Excellent work was done on my GMC. Looks brand new. The people that work there are fantastic. Maria, Anna, the gentlemen that worked in my car were friendly, professional and very helpful. I highly highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. I got several bids and Sharks was the most pleasant. Reasonable pricing superior work!! Thank you.
