Just wanted to share a positive experience. Had a few questions about fleet service and what that entails. Got in touch with Nik, and he was extremely helpful with details on the process. His customer service was excellent, and he went above and beyond to help me out. Could not recommend enough.

Our family relies on Sullivan's any time we have car issues. Their work is always quality and they're honest & good people. Tim has never let me down! We've come in for multiple vehicle issues and they've always solved them.
(Also extra shout-out because they don't make me feel stupid for not knowing much about cars--always explain things in a way I can understand without talking down, which I appreciate)

They were patient, informative, I had a meeting run over and showed up a little late - I was still greeted with a smile.
I had to take pictures because this is the most COZY body shop to have to wait for repairs in. It’s like a step back into the old west !
The toilet is an experience of its own if I could give 10 stars I would!! Also the bathroom was clean and smelled amazing. I have never experienced such a PRETTY body shop.
They were fast professional, didn’t try to upsell me on anything, fair pricing, and very courteous !

Sullivan’s did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. Andrew walked me through both the repair and insurance process, and patiently answered all of my questions. The results far exceeded my expectations! My car even smells brand new again. I highly recommend Sullivan’s and their team, not just for their work, but for their commitment to their customers.

I have had great experiences getting my oil changed, new tires, and some “random noises” checked out. Tim was friendly, flexible, and kept me informed about the timeline and progress. He gave me options and explained the pros and cons of each. I appreciated being treated like a person who can understand enough to make informed decisions. The reception/waiting area is beautiful, and, frankly, delightful to hang out in if you need to wait for anything.

After a minor incident, our Cadillac Escalade needed an alignment. We took it to a body shop first. When we picked it up, it was driving terribly and felt almost uncontrollable. They realigned it, same issue.
Next stop was Cadillac. We explained everything to the service manager, they aligned it again and told us it was back in spec. I picked it up… and it still drove awful.
I bumped into Michael Sullivan and we talked about what was going on. So we brought it to Sullivan’s Truck, Auto & Collision Repair.
From start to finish, the experience was completely different. Great customer service. Clear communication. They test drove the vehicle themselves and confirmed what we were feeling. When we picked it up, they walked through the alignment printout with us in detail — something no one else had done.
The Escalade now drives exactly like it should. They even had it cleaned and ready to go.
Can’t say enough good things about the team at Sullivan’s. Professional, honest, and they actually fix the problem. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I was in an accident and my car was towed to Sullivan’s. I’ve lived in Kingwood for over fifteen years and have driven past their shop hundreds of times. It always looked busy, and I remember thinking, they must be doing something right.
From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with genuine smiles. The person I had the pleasure of working with was Pat. He was respectful of my time, listened carefully to my questions and concerns, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled correctly.
Even though my car was totaled, Pat was a perfect example of excellence and professionalism. If you ever need to take your vehicle to Sullivan’s Auto Body Shop, you’ll be in great hands with Pat and the rest of the team.
